My biggest concern with Kerr is the Storm could blow the Dragons away, and the wet weather which seems to lead to low scores among forwards

You'd usually want a pretty high floor on a captaincy choice wouldnt you? Only time I'd ever go with RTS is if I was really searching for a POD.

Your typical captains choices of Haas, Tolo, Cam, Cook etc will rarely hit under much under 50, let alone 40, while RTS pretty frequently goes sub-30: for all intents and purposes he hits those very low scores about every 4 games. No go for me but I would seriously commend those on having the ballz to go him if they did.
