I'd assume people who are picking Walters are doing so because he is a genuine footy talent.
I'm not bringing him in but if I had the trades, I'd be picking Walters. From what I hear, he's got a bit of a license to go for it tonight. I expect some strong runs from him.

Looking at the trial game scores, Walters scored 45 vs warriors if that means anything

I dont expect walters to pick up many "base" stats, fwiw. I'm picking him solely because I think he'll make a few good runs and duck out of tackles for sneaky little TBs here and there.
Going to be interesting to see how much kicking CS9 does. He doesnt go to croft alot in general.

Should go well against that depleted Dragons side!

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 67
4 trades left. Seriously considered grabbing Walters for the round but if he scores 25 I'd be pretty gutted and it'd be a wasted trade as I doubt we'd see him again for the season
... If he scores 50, maybe I've missed out.
Holding the trade.
Smith (c), McInnes - the only two I have playing tonight. Ranked 105 to start the round, be interesting to see the movement tonight. I have nine for the round.

Couple of questoins...
Will the warriors find a way to lose to a depleted Knights side?
Why trade Nikora to Latrell before the Bye?

Not too sure on the reliability but on nrl.com Late Mail Crew Podcast they have somewhat updates for Ponga and Milford injuries
Ponga - possibly believed to be fit for R17 (around 25.30 on podcast)
Milford - 2 weeks at best but if requiring surgery 2 possibilities of cleanout (2-4 weeks rehab) or repair of meniscus (longer time out) - still very unknown (around 29.30 on podcast)

I'd say with all the cloak and daggers and lack of genuine info with Milf its pretty much longer term
