FPL 19/20 season.

All these lucky people with KDB as their vc and I had the balls to make him my captain from the get-go with Sterling my vc

Also had Zinchenko out so I got Pieters score (7) and Lundstrum (12). Probably the most luck I've ever had in a single gameweek

My gameweek rank the last 4 weeks... approx 100k, 4.4m, 500k, 5.2m. What a rollercoaster

And I rage traded Maitland-Niles out, not realising he’d serve his red card ban in the League Cup

Think I'm punting Digne and Greenwood for Rico and Abraham with my two transfers.. hopefully can hold off until after the cup games

no trades this week, wildcard was a failure (39 pts) but have blind faith it will come good.

I've played on and off since 2006 and I still don't really get how you effectively build a team other than starting with a great one.

I actually get worse every year!!! Note how my ranking has dropped by 1.7million since NRL fantasy finished and I started looking at my team

Oh man, it's a beautiful game. Just took a punt on the bench coupon thingy, a stifling 6 point bonus !
Couple that with triple captaining De Bruyne for his 1 point against Norwich and it looks like it is not meant to be.

BUMP - how is everyone doing with this? And who triple captained Mane?

I did Salah... which is currently not great but could still get better with the 2nd game. I wanted to take a punt on TC'ing TAA but lost my nerve, so was pretty stoked they let in 1.

My current GW rank is my worst this year. The previous week I used the 2nd WC and got my 3rd worst GW rank of the season. The last 5 weeks I've gone backwards every round after about 11-12 weeks of consistent rises in the overall ranks before then.

Basically the more I try, the worse I get at this.

TC Salah. My worst season ATM lol. 500k rank. Need a massive charge to get into top 100k

I’ve never really taken it seriously - forgotten deadlines, not looked at trade values properly etc. - but I’m actually trying now and getting the same crappy results!
