He still wasn't that big when he played lock for the top side. Then mysteriously over 1 off season he came back to pre season training much bigger (probably put on a stone & a half) & that's when he moved to hooker & got picked in the Kiwis.

That's awesome, WL. Mann was a family favourite growing up watching him get around the park. Didn't realise you were that much older than me!

Did you guys know that Souths once had 4 brothers on the field at the same time.

When Mann was playing top side he was a ball playing lock, was only about 85-86 kg's, was super fit & was making 50-60 tackles every week playing 80 minutes. When he was younger he was a h/b & he was a real play maker & was very tricky selling dummies everywhere. He had all the attributes of a hooker.

Thankfully, Sharks play Souths this week. So, if Nikora is ruled out, Burns straight in at centre.

    My choices are:

    CNK to Milford
    Pearce to Milford
    Pearce to DCE.

    Which would you choose?

Pearce to Milford. Pearce only scored over 50 twice without a try all year. Avg 34 over past 5 weeks (thanks to lone scout article)

With 5 trades you can make plenty of moves, post the full Spuddies up for more suggestions

Yeah, I moved Nikora to the 2RF spot, so that Twal (18th man) covers him if he's a late out.

Also I brought in TommyT for some final rounds x-factor, fingers crossed he'll make it to round 25 without injuries

If not him, I'm looking at CS9 and Bateman for safety, as well as Munster, Tedesco or SJ for a riskier captain play.

Thoughts? I'm ranked 227 and chasing the pack, also trying to hold my lead in L51 (Chewie is dead even with me and I'm only ahead on PD)

Worth using 2 of my final 4 trades to get Bateman in?

    who are your CTRs otherwise?

I'd say probably worth it, as Bateman is going to give a decent sized increase over your 2nd best current CTR
assuming rest of your team is solid

I’m running Nikora-Burns at the moment. I’d shift one of them into EMG

With 3 trades and the Tevaga/Fainu combo in my team, the use of two trades to get Bateman is very risky indeed

Maybe wait on Api and trade Fainu to Bateman next week perhaps.
