Joined, with my main team. this was always fun so may as well do it again.

I am new to board but I like a challenge so this will be my only team.

I will not be quitting this crappy team.

My wife has successfully joined. PearceArthursAekinBoyle. She’s a nurse so I thought it appropriate! Only 23 in it so far!

Ponga (c) for me. Can't go past him this week, and am even tempted to do the same for my main team (but too chicken shit)

Yeah I went Ponga (c), Murray (vc). High hopes I'll be equal 1st after R1, before everyone trades their way past me.

I had Ponga (c) so far that should see me equal first after round 1, unless someone captained Levi and he has a blinder

Didn't even realise he was in the side till I saw Rob's post. Had Mahoney and changed it. I think a few oif us will be equal first.

What’s with the untouchables? Didn’t read the rules?

Option to remove untouchables from the league is greyed out, so they are in for now. But ineligible for any of the glory that would come from winning.

lolz if you were going to make trades before R1 should probably have scored more than 18 points on the pack.

8 Ponga captain - 718 pts (Milch in 1st on tiebreak as 1st rego'd team)
1 Mahoney captain - 715
9 Murray captain - 695
1 Keary captain - 691
3 Fifita captains - 688

Nothing too wild or disastrous there.

What are people doing here? Trading out the red dots to give them playing options? or ditching the expensive duds before they drop cash?

I heavily considered bringing in some of the good options for big gun duds but opted for trying to get rid of the red dots first. 

It's a pretty grotesque looking team, lol, and about 8-10 trades in round one would have been ideal.

That said, it's good fun working with such a shit team and trying to fix it.

Actually find it easier to make decisions for this team than my real one because it’s so broken. It reminds me of my own shit team at the start of last year
