I like how you make your assumptions without knowing me in the least. I can make that $2500 in an hour. Sure I’m not retired, I don’t think I ever could when I’m such a big fish (and I still have decades to outdo you anyway). I’m a jet flying, limousine riding, kiss stealing, wheel n’ dealing son of a gun! I basically dress like Rick Flair too. Mad props on the property but I still think my dick swings lower. Thanks for playing though. Back to the footy!
I can make tuppence a bag, selling bread crumbs to chidren out the front of PcFly's house to increase the likelihood that a pigeon will shit on him. It is so funny, he can constantly be heard bemoaning the cost of dry-cleaner's fees as he is walking out the gate!

Short of guns but Nofo is a gun in POD form. I've gone cold on Matterson for now but Garner looked good and hopefully gets 80 on the edge. Surely Madge sees he needs to be on the field at all times.
Garner is a great pod and I’m reshuffling a bit at second row.
I did watch the cowboys second match at 9s eventually and my notes fwiw (I think most relevant to Tlolo comment)...
Tlolo looks much bigger this year, If that was even necessary or possible. Had the look more of a prop than ball playing lock but got through plenty of work. Drinkwater looks very silky and setting up a creative try off his boot, and almost another from a kick, which won’t hurt m his chances at half. Will be watchful for Hess in teamsheets. Looks fit and running the ball hard to be decent value pick for TBs if starting.
Josh Mansour lookalikey Miski gets added to the outside back cheapie watchlist but it was Metcalf the eyecatcher. He’s probably relying on an inevitable TTurbo injury to get a go. I haven’t looked at Waddell’s price but was pick of manly’s forwards and they’re bound to need a couple to step up this season, especially at the start with 2 key men out.
Fantasy relevant ranking:
1. Drinkwater
2. Hess
3. Waddell

I am not sure this is even.... what is this...?
I liked the Mary Poppins reference.
You keep trying your best to be a mini-Rabs and make me dislike you.
But it’s not gonna happen, C.S.

Could be one of those cases everyone is looking at Mofo while Wallace takes off. Like the old Nikorima brothers a couple of years ago

Hoping for big things from Garner playing consistent big minutes on that left side running off Brooks short balls. Could be a smokey for one of the Tigers top try scorers this year I reckon. Nofa too I had in till a few hours back I saw on the WT forum that lots of fans said his defence was a little suspect at the 9's?...albeit I think he is often the fall guy as the up and in defence shuts lots of plays down, but when it doesn't shut it down, he has to turn and chase and is almost always too late. Also would not help that since Tim $imona and Ayshford left we haven't really had many great centres to consistently play inside him. Looks like a solid team though.

True to form another team. Becoming a bit more cookie-cutter now. Not so many outlandish picks I have certainly benefited from the discussion on here and the gentle reasoned feedback that is offered. Still like to stick to some of my convictions as well though.
Smith
Tatola Carrigan
Garner Williams Su'A
Wakeham Drinkwater
Burns Bird
Papenhuyzen Hughes D. Watene Zelezniak
Friend Aubusson Koroisau Molo/Mikaele
Magoulias Musgrove Luai S.Crichton
I suppose the outliers are
Tatola, Hughes, Wakeham, Watene-Zelezniak & S. Crichton
I have got my eye on options like
Hall, Crossland, Ashley Taylor, Leleisiuao, Gebbie, Utoikamanu, Koloamatangi, Campbell-Gillard, Lodge, Levi

Re: NRL Fantasy 2020 Part 6
I quite like this, full of pods to back up if a pod fails (Molo/Mikaele if Tatola or Carrigan is a bust; Aubbs if Bird or Burns isn’t cutting mustard). Halves are weak, and all of Wakeham, Hughes and Drinkwater could leave you with a large cash breach if they need an upgrade but you’ve backed your boy Hughes admirably. Only pick I really don’t like is DWZ. He just never seems to take his international form into club games. He’s like the Gagai of fullbacks.castlecrag sweethearts wrote:True to form another team. Friend
Haas, Mikaele
Leilua, Smith, Fifita (I want Garner instead but am currently 1k short)
JMK, Mann
Burns, Lomax
Papenhuyzen, Isaako, Brimson
Levi
Koroisau
Su'A
Brailey
Grant/Magoulias
Luai
Musgrove
Rudolf
4k ITB (I ideally want a little more money but this is only a first draft)
I might drop Friend depending on what happens with Verrils.
If any good Front Row options pop up then I will drop Haas and get Taumalolo instead.
Knight, Twal, Stimson, Lowe, Tapine, Wakeham, Cleary, Hopoate, Moga, Holmes, Ponga are on my maybe list.
Thoughts??

Wouldn't read too much into what we say on there re nofo. He's one of the forums whipping boys for most.

I 100% am a fan of Nofa, in and outside of Fantasy. Lots of dirty hit-ups out of our own end, while the rest of the team catches their breath. It's players like him and To'o that are handy Fantasy prospects with plenty free points off of run metres and tackle busts, not solely relying on tries for a half decent score.
