Jake willbe back within the first month, but not ready for round 1. Risky picking any manly cheapies imo

Is Sutton still there? He could see a larger role too. But yeah, Horsey looking okay at the moment. Hudson Young you'd think will struggle to get back into the side right away, regardless of how Ricky defends him, but he would have at least 5-6 weeks out still for eye gouging, maybe more.

I think Horsburgh is much more tempting than Tapine and in 6 weeks could make good cash.

I want to try and avoid this year picking players that are filling gaps and so much uncertainty. Players always come back early. Keppie and Waddel look okay but round 2 or 3 could be a waste and you're using a trade. I had Keppie in my last draft but would rather someone with a more stable role, if that's even going to be possible.

Oh, I thought for some reason Horsey was cheaper than that.

If Horsburgh averages 45 over the first 3 rounds he makes about 70k.

Not even considering Trapine or Horsburgh when J Williams, Hess, Carty Party, Leilua all around the same price and Su'a plus Stimson less. All those guys more attractive if TLT is kind IMO.

Wasn’t it said that Lowe should be fit to go R1. Is he now got the short end of the straw with Murray moving to an edge. Does Murray move to lock after 20 minutes, Lowe comes on to play 60 then Murray goes to the other edge to replace S’ua at 60 minutes?? What happens there??

Seems a bit rough if Lowe only sees like 40 minutes a game for someone with his potential, he looked like a different player last year

I don’t think we’ll see Horse on an edge.

I’d expect Tapine/Whitehead backrow with likely Soliola at lock. Maybe even Sutton.

    Horse is good impact middle

Never once ever, but mainly because I don’t have a single draft with Teddy/TTurbo/Ponga/RTS

He is THE cut price keeper imo

If I had to guess I'd say Murray has a similar rotation to Surgess last year. Start on an edge, sub off for Lowe/Su'a who plays out the game and Murray comes back in the middle

Yeah but there's probably a good chance we'll be able to keep Brailey for a much longer period of time.

It is very tempting to go with Turbo rather than Pappy, but ownership is too high to take that gamble

What happens re Lowe will likely depend how Su’a goes in the CS and if he’s improved his missed tackle count and defensive reads.

It’s Su’a’ Spot to lose right now.

You don’t reckon he finishes the game on an edge?
Surely Murray doesn’t play 20-25 minutes on an edge to then get subbed off. You’d think he stays on all first half if he starts on an edge.

I think if Lowe is seeing 60+ minutes he would be good for 45+. He can run a good line and has a good offload as well.

The difference is horsey can fill that awkward FRF position, none of the others can
