Thought Brittain looked better than Luke.
Lomax is good defensively but hasn’t had a chance to show his potential in attack. Mary pre-game said Lomax is still struggling to assert himself into backline plays and shifts.

Lomax defensive positioning has been pretty solid for someone who has barely played FB
My understanding is kick defused is better phrased as catching a contested bomb

Can someone explain the point of captain's challenge if they still send tries to the bunker? I thought it would be more like cricket where the decision is made on field then you either challenge it or cop it on the chin
I feel like it's a bit stiff if you're out of challenges then can't review a knock on, but a try scoring situation can still be reviewed by the bunker regardless of if you have challenges or not

Shibisaki in QCup was always really good. When playing for the broncos he just never got to showcase it because a) was playing wing when he’s a centre, and b) played 14

He didn’t score try - tryscorers were Olam, Vunivalu, Grant, Finucane, Hughes
He was doing some GK but missed one from nearly in front
