As is the way with Fantasy these days, it will probably come down to the 2-3 unique players we probably have to see who comes out on top.

I am like that every year going into Round 1, without fail.

I’m getting concerned now especially with Britt lurking!
Pretty much every single player has someone "lurking" that could take their spot. Especially those players whose fantasy price is cheap enough for you to consider them.
At some point you have to risk something, if you only picked completely "safe" players your team would be garbage.
I'd say there is not a great correlation between a players name being mentioned here, and their likelihood of starting.
Just make a call on who you think will go well and go with it. If you make a mistake, that is what trades are for.

Not sure if anyone else has seen this but the below is doing the rounds on facebook
Stats Change
A new try outcome has been included to capture tackles previously tagged as ‘missed’ tackles, even though the effort from the player was good and they were not at fault in their execution.
Key signifiers of this tackle type:
- Try is scored by the try scorer
- Tackle is attempted by tackler at a time where there is little to no chance of the try being stopped
- Tackler has not shown obviously poor execution
Key points regarding fantasy scoring:
- The tackler will not be attributed with a missed tackle
- The ball carrier will not receive a tackle break to match the missed tackle that has disappeared
- Any other missed tackles on the same ball carry will still be collected as such, with the tackle breaks to match

Is it bad to consider no CTR/WFB cover.
Keep bouncing between Watkins, Shibasaki and the like with Wiliame on the bench and wondering if it’s best just to chuck Wiliame in there, surely he hits similar scores for less money. And if I need to trade I’ll trade

Never do this but....
Upvote for Lomax and Hess
Downvote for Watkins and Levi
Also, people still comfortable rolling the dice with Walters? Dunno if I can take that risk personally.

Thought that too but feel a lot more comfortable having Willy in the EMG.

Righto Lads, this is the final piece to the team.
Like - Dfii & Maubbs - This option is the far more balanced option. Will Dfifi get the 80, and with a full strength broncos back - does he start? Also I would be all over Maubbs if Morris wasn't coming in round 3. Just have a feeling something will happen Maubbs may not get the 80 with Crichton on the bench.
Dislike - Lolo & Warkins - Lolo is Lolo, top three fantasy fun. For watkins though, I just have this feeling that he will be much better this year. New Coach and second year back from ACL. But then again he plays for the titans.
Cheers Lads & Bring on the 2020 season!

Pretty split, it is tough one. Leaning yowards A still. Wouldn't mind opinions on my team but couldn't be fucked making a thread to be honest lol.

EseEse + Horsburgh feels like it could end up being 2 short-term moves requiring trades with Bateman & Raiders known to return quickly from injury and Sione due back from injury in R4-R5 which could shift EseEse back to bench
Not saying they don't have good upside in short-term though, just could be slightly risky and you may need to fight other fires. Could use money in 2nd option to get Su'A if you don't have him and aren't worried about minimal cash ITB

I have so many players sitting at 22nd man. I wish I could get Levi in!! Also scared to start with Ese'ese and Stimson. I feel Levi and Hess/Su'a would score just as similar for less cash.
On Brailey. Tracey is a HB that is on the bench in case of injuries in the back line. If there are no injuries Tracey will probably spell Brailey for a bout 10-15 minutes but I cannot see Brailer be outplayed or playing less than 60 minutes.

I'm finally set on my side and have no Sea Eagles, Titans or Bulldogs. No Half/Centre/Fullback cover so risky in that sense. Can't wait to be forced to trade.
Koro
Hass (c), Knight
Taumololo, DFifita, Leilua
Moses, Mann
Aubusson, Wiliame
Papenhuyzen, Aekins, Kennedy
Ese'ese, JWilliams, Carrigan, Guler
Musgrove, Rudolf, JTB, Grant
Didn't want to spend big in the backs because they can be so up and down.
