I have a friend who is an extra on the film. Hanks is playing Col. Parker (Elvis' manager). They had a scene yesterday where Elvis was kissing lots of girls, lots of extras in the scene too. No doubt he (Elvis) was in contact with Tom Hanks in the last week at some point .... watch this space, it could be all over the place by now!

Fuck it, will move Lomax down and chuck Watkins in for Aekins. At least I then can upgrade JTB to Musgrove. Kennedy is still worth a punt potentially also.

As with everyone, you bulk up one area and take a hit elsewhere. This is the way I'm going to go though I think

I'm tossing up turning Watkins in Lomax and downgrading Hess to Su'A

There is also a temptation to flip Aubbs to Burns but I think I'll stick with Aubbs

Last year started with Watson, Edwards and Holland (all midrange backs that f***ed my season).

We are going to find we are needing to burn through lots of trades this season. Any player showing signs of cold/flu is sure to get quarantined and not play for a few weeks. Quite likely that in many cases the real reason isn’t advised publicly, could be a long season.... or a really short one if things get worse.

The Titans have been the most proactive club in minimising COVID19 risks. They've been playing to empty stadiums for years.

That's why I'm trying to look at the mindset of picking as many people that are secure in their positions as possible. I feel getting players in that will only last a couple of weeks will burn through too many trades. That's why I think I'd rather go a Watkins over Aekins.

Guns and Rooks is alive and well (plus heaps of mid-range 2rf).

If you have a similar looking CTR and/or WFB, don't fret. This means you (hopefully) have guns up top. I also like to load up heavy up top. This is where you save money. Kennedy and Aekins may be out in a 3/4/5 weeks, but they should make cash, Jag a try or two and they make good cash. You will be double trading each week for the first handful of weeks anyway so knowing they may go 3/4/5 is fine by me.

With the rumours of Katoa starting would this push Blair to a middle role and make things awkward for JTB, Paasi to come back as well.

Take this with a grain of salt but I think Drinkwater will put up Munster type numbers.

Yep I recently pulled the trigger on JTB --> Kennedy to start over Aekins.

Adopting a similar approach re: security. The only player I'm scared of is Kennedy but would happily take him for 100k less than Aekins who should be in for a similar amount of time with a shithouse draw
