WTF?  Can he keep going and be named in every fucking position?!

Looks like I'll need a half, especially with McGuire needing punting probably round 5.

He is one of 10 players in my team I’d like to remove this week... trading out Fitzgibbon last week looks really dumb now. A luxury trade. Like buying a yacht when youre living under a bridge.

White Lightning wrote:Grant Rovelli is the 10th highest scoring half (out of all half classifications) so at 308k he's great value. What's more impressive is that he's scored well coming off the bench in rounds 1 & 2. I remember him of course because he plays for the Warriors & he's a great little player & very tough & elusive.

Any idea what role he's playing?
Without stating the obvious, it's unusual to carry a bench half, and with scores of 34 & 39 I assume he's getting decent minutes.
Would it be Fien swapping to HOK for a period of the game?
Gatis as starting HOK is tempting at $246K also. Normally I'd just give him a week to see what he scores, but this would be two weeks - which means a double price bump if he goes well.

Buying a yacht after you've been living under a bridge sounds like a pretty good upgrade to me Lol

Yeah, starting lock but playing from the bench next week doesn't spell that he has a good game a lock, one would think. I think I'll have to keep him and play him for these two rounds then try and punt him.

Hindmarsh, Tongue, Morrison, to a lesser extent Simpson or Waterhouse (but has a bye this week)
I have Tongue and Simpson and pretty happy with both at this point

You must be tempted to bin Luck already too?

Think I'm just going to ride it out with Luck cause he is pretty cheap already, not far for his price to go. We all know he is a tackle bot, at some point he will get the minutes to show it

New fires to put out with Flannery on the bench and Lillyman dropped. Lucky Douglas looks set for a score with that bench

Just a note on naming teams

    MS has done it properly
Full names of players, no positions, no gaps between the 17 and NPRs - if everyone can use that format it is easiest for me

Jesus. I am playing both probably for the year and still have a lot of holes that I can't fill.

What does Michael Luck's role look like going forward from the bench? I wonder if he actually could improve his scoring. Wondering if I toss McGuire over him.

I don’t think it gets much worse. I’m thinking with 12 interchanges there’s much less value in starting second rowers (aside from guns) and slightly more on bench backrowers. Net effect for Luck might be zero? I would punt McGuire over Luck (would actually do so except I have Farah/Young/Kite to deal with so think I need to hold for now)

I honestly don't remember Luck ever starting from the bench so either my memory is shit (already proven) or he won't stay on the bench much longer, surely.
