    Warriors 26 (N. Fien, G. Rovelli, E. Tuimavave, M. Vatuvei tries; T. Martin 5 goals) defeated Newcastle 22 (M. Gidley 2, T. Lowrie, S. Simpson tries; K. Gidley 3 goals)

Is Milton Thaiday a queenslander? 100 one day, 10 the next (if you'd been allowed trades between rounds, how many would have brought in milton?) 55 avg from 2 games pretty good though

George Gatis also failed to backup his round 3 score with anything decent.

After looking good the past 2 weeks, Johns misses a game and Newcastle collapse

46 from Matt Gidley is low for a 2 try performance

28 from Tony Martin not too bad, especially after his shocking round 1

I can't remember what his 2006 scoring was like - but Hodgson was NRLs top pointscorer in 2005, so I never would have started the season with him, as he woul dhave been well overpriced

That's why I went with Schifcofske to start. Thought it would be incredibly hard for Hodgson to back up from a 15 try season compared to 6 for Schifcofske

Likewise, despite having a strategy of building a pro-Knights team (due to their late bye).
Awen Guttenbeil also looks like one of the most consistent players so far (from memory he's been pretty much 50+ in all four rounds so far)

This game was memorable because its the one where Billy "not his go" Slater accidentally stomped on the head of John Skandalis, starting his magnificent career of having his boots find the face of opposition players (in the forthcoming highlights video you'll hear the crowd voice their approval when Slater scores a try)

Cookie Monster the only owner in this comp, but not for much longer as Slater is suspended until R13

Daniel Fitzhenry gets a hattrick to top the scoring
    Whatuira also does well

Cam Smith and Inglis reward owners with goo scores.

Steve Turner? Turner round and get out of my team. he misses round 5 too, but is back round 6

    Sakes!! Evil or Very Mad

The worst thing about Prince being this bad a dud is I remember owning him a bunch back in the day, and have no negative memories. Prick is going to be too cheap to sell.

I mean Daniel Fitzhenry. Who the fuck is that. Wouldn’t know the fella if I tripped over him in woolies

Fitzhenry was a big target of hate from Tigers fans when we started going downhill after winning the comp.

Was a Sheens favourite too, would never get dropped - and played everywhere. not sure if its 2006 or another year but he played 5/8th for a while

At the beginning of the season I went Purtell over Hookey. It pans out to be a massive mistake so I might make the trade Purtell to Hookey next round.

I traded Purtell out this week cheer
I played Steve Turner in both games clown

It looks like I'm 593 with Snake, Gasnier and Douglas to play.

Just 55 in a 2 try effort from Sing seems quite low. Benji underperforms yet again. Low price forwards continue to do work with Brown, Stapleton, Jones and Scott all performing solidly, whilst Turner falls off a cliff from his strong start.

I too was the beneficiary of Turners 10 and 14. Although with scores of 40 and 53 I don't know why anyone would drop him (pretty sure I noticed someone did though?)

I'm 509 with Gas, Douglas, Shillington, Soward and Gorrell to come. I'm projecting to fall just short of 700 this week

I'm almost starting to wonder if bench forwards (props especially) are better value than starters in this format.
They come on when teams are more fatigued and so there's more potential for OL, LB and tries

For the sake of fuck. I'll check the new speadsheet tonight/tomorrow but I'm going to guess I'll have lost close to $300K on this muppet. How on earth did I get it so wrong thinking he was a decent player?

Of course I'll punt him this week and he'll score a double each match for the rest of the season, but no way I can hold onto him anymore. Unless, if he's lost something like $300K maybe I just drop him to the NPR (if I have 17 other players) and see what happens. Man, what a spectacular dud. Sad
