Tactically I've decided to grab some noted try scorers (Matt Cooper, Steve Turner) who haven't crossed the line as much as expected this year. Add in some fantasy royalty (Gallen and Hayne), I should see some more respectibility to my scores

Edit: reconsidering trades, will post tomorrow with final list. Sorry about that.

I'm interested why people are bringing in Corey Parker when he has a bye round 11. With players re SOO, Broncos, Cowboys & Dragons not playing in round 11 surely the Parker buyers won't be able to field 17 players.

Shit, I forgot the bye planner doesn't take origin into account and I lose GI and Smith too...

Edit, Filth has changed my mind. Go with Parker version

Was Matt Cooper a noted try scorer. I remember him as a "defensive centre" (ie never bloody well scored)
I haven't checked his stats when I type this to see who is correct.

OK. In 2005 Cooper scored 13 tries. 17 in 04 and 11 on 03.
MS clearly remembers more accurately

I've only got Thurston, Inglis and Hindmarsh in origin Tupou is my only player with the bye so I should have 17 for the round including Parker.
His price vs 3-round-average is too good to pass up, looks well under-priced.

Nice to see everyone jumping on the Paul Aiton bandwagon with me!
Danny Wicks is really tempting me but I have no recollection of what he was like when he started out.
Between him and Tuiaki, I think I've got to stick with the tank even if he is off the bench.
Won't be playing either of them in my 17 this round anyway, might bring Wicks and Hayne in next week.
Got next weeks trades sorted before this week has played out? This has a familiar feeling all of a sudden hahaha.

Was probably the best defensive centre in the comp and would have had an incredible effective tackle percentage considering most of the time it's one on one. But playing off the forward momentum of Bailey and Ryles the outside backs always got plenty of tries

Aiton with a -21 b/e & scoring 43 off the bench round 9...what's not to like.

I'm kinda stressing over round 10&11 2006 fantasy selections. My life is sad.

It doesn't. Still one win and one loss. It helps your +/- a lot though! @Clack Bocks

@Milchcow do you understand this dyslectic team list ?
Who is the 2nd half ? If it is Kearney, he is apparently in NPR's, which would make the team invalid.
I could be wrong but I can't tell !!
