    My trades;

    David Shillington, Steve Menzies, Reni Maitua, Luke Douglas OUT

    Ben Kennedy, Sonny Bill Williams, Shane Webcke, Dane Tilse IN

    Webcke cut price keeper who was putting up good scores when I had him early season. Tilse a must have, SBW playing second row in rond 17 is too good not to take a punt on and Menzies a straight swap for Kennedy seems like a no brainer.

    Round 16 team;

    Hazem El Masri
    Brett Stewart
    Tony Martin
    Jake Webster
    Steve Turner
    Todd Carney
    Greg Bird
    Shane Webcke
    Cameron Smith

    Jason Croker
    Sonny Bill Williams
    Dane Tilse
    Simon Mannering

    Craig Stapleton
    Jarryd Hayne
    Brian Carney
    Taniela Tuikai

    Round 17 team;

    Hazem El Masri
    Brett Stewart

    Really surprised that all 3 Sharks back rowers are putting up keeper level scores. Something has to give surely

    Gallen & Thompson will keep it up but Bird won't as he was never fantasy relevant. He scored 2 tries last week & it's only when he scores tries that he posts a good score.

    And when Bird takes Gallen's lock position for origin week I expect some good tackle counts and offloads.

    Then he can be milked for a Bumswamp

    I don't like commenting too much on player stats, but in this case I have not looked into future performances from any of the players involved - so anything I say is my own guesswork and not indicative of what might actually happen

    But I think Bird's game is suited to this format - good run metres and offloads with a few tries (relative to position)

    Sharks have had multiple good forward performers in the pack before (or after if we are in 2006 right now)
    Snowden, Douglas and Gallen all at the same time is one example. Snowden's and Douglas's falls from grace after leaving Sharks suggest Filth's drug comment might not be too far from the mark.

    As an owner of all 3, I'm really hoping you will repeat this just prior to final selections for round 26.

    Why are you playing Brett Kearney over the players in your NPRs in R16 (even though BK comes on for Hayne)

    Selling Utai with -5 BE??

    Also it says Smith out and is then listed for R17

    My OUTS and INS

    OUTS
    Cameron Smith - didn't want this to happen, CS9 was the only Origin player I kept for the Origin period. I never planned to sell. But I also got a little reckless bringing in R17 players and then when Schif got fantasy good and Laffranchi got injured, Smith has to go so I can field 17 in R17. High BE so hopefully I can bring him back quickly at a slightly lower cost.

    Anthony Laffranchi - second time out due to injury for me. Did ok - good scores and sold at a profit both times - but can't see there being a third time.

    Darren Albert - last week had a BE of 9 and got 10. I don't need that stress. Plus I have newer more exciting low floor wingers like Hayne, BMoz and Gordon to occupy me. Price seems to have maxed anyway.

    Danny Wicks - always a short-term cow, will take the profit and run

    INS
    Lance Thompson and Ben Kennedy - same as everyone else. Theres not actually a lot of 100% gun options that aren't missing R17.

    Dane Tilse - same as everyone else, if he can score 30+ every week and not be in my 17 beyond R17 I'll be happy.

    Brent McConnell - same as everyo... wait, what? Basically I went through every 246k player available for R17 and came to the conclusion a replacement for JT has the highest probability to score more than 20 points. Even if I've never heard of him... in fact, this could be his only game? In the previous Origin where Cowboys played, the replacement HLF (Firman) did roughly 50/50 kicking with Matt Bowen, and hopefully the big BMC also makes some tackles, maybe runs a bit... should be ok yeah?

    Brett Kearney has been benched for R16 and R17 (and averaging 28 the last five games as a starting 5/8 ).
    Personally, I sold him this week on that basis?

    Didn’t Utai almost score a tonne last week as well?

    as for Utai the bloke has been in and out more then.....well ill be a little tactful. but out again now in round 16 and need points more then his cash.
