I've been finding it challenging to keep up with putting out the POD comp stuff with the condensed schedule and I bet that's a fraction of what it takes to organise the real comp.

So FWIW I'm sure all of us are deeply grateful, and it's been a very welcome distraction - so, a huge thank you.

Just getting the comp out isn't too bad, but its the extras that are tough

Providing a handy list of ins and outs each week, doing more of a writeup for each game when I put the stats up.

There's also not a lot of time to fix up any errors or mistakes in the spreadsheet before lockout which is the biggest annoyance

I'd rather rush it through and finish it than go into the real NRL and leave it hanging though.

Wish I had proper stats for 2005 too, so I could have had fun reliving the Tigers miraculous run in the 2nd half of the season, rather than watch them limp to 9th place again.

You can just do two lots of three games if that’s easier. Give us 4 trades and don’t worry about posting the team lists just throw them on the spreadsheet and we can use look ups to figure out if we’ve lost players and who is debuting

I don’t think anyone would be too upset if you made things easier on yourself

Really appreciate your efforts, especially with 3 GWs per week now. Don’t think anyone expected it to come back this fast.

Pretty stoked with 2nd both weeks... getting all those players way too early and/or holding them too long has finally paid off.

This is true. In a current fantasy year, most players would be close to final teams, and close to out of trades by this stage So having basically a trade per round is luxury.

The POD comp has definitely been super interesting as well but feel free to take your time and delay the release of results; they don't have to perfectly align with the normal rounds.

I keep expecting Morris to go big but he keeps performing like a wet noodle but Hayne is now fully in his stride. Both Mannering, Collis and Tilse have been huge pickups though and I might have to look at keeping them.

Fitzgibbon's run of form has come just as I jumped ship, although looks like I struck gold on the trade ins of Cross, Bird and O'Dwyer in the last few weeks.

Have definitely missed Gasnier with 4 tries in 2 weeks, but I'll look at moving BMoz to a keeper

Hindy and BK are incredibly expensive so might end up playing centre roulette, or grabbing some lower tier 2RF like Glenn Stewart and Guttenbeil

I'm sure under the cricumstances people would be fine for you to skip the list of ins and outs - save you a little on the extras (they can always do Ctrl+F to find on the team lists page their players - personally I do that every week just to check if there is a change in role or move to the bench etc).

2005 would be cool. I remember thinking that aside from finally winning a comp, I was excited about having a top 4 type team for the next few years... yeah... 2006 was a reality check for sure!

Might do that (2 lots of 3 GWs) just to give me some time to prepare.

    Will do new schedule tomorrow

That works well for the H2H @milchcow as we have three rounds left then 3 rounds for Finals

Shouldn't it be 3 trades per triple round ? (1 trade per round)

Looking at Johns too. Just about bottomed out you would think.

He was 713k before rounds 18 & 19 with a b/e of 64. His 2 scores were 26 & 46 so he could be under 700k. Ideally JT is the one I want but he's too expensive.

If Kurt Gidley ever get's named he will be my second half I think. High ceiling and consistent floor, even with Johns stealing a lot of kick metres and play making
