Why Nathan Cleary will be ready for any @TheParraEels ambush in first game back in three months. Expect Jarome Luai - not Matt Burton - to play in halves with @PenrithPanthers
EDIT: The link says Burton will be on the bench.

Burton probably a better utility than Kenny and not much threat to Api's minutes?

Yeah but then again they can move Luai to hooker for a short period of time if needed

Burton playing would be as bad for Clearly owners as Luai owners.

As long as Api is playing well, I don't think anyone is really a 'threat' to his mins. He doesn't need 80 to score big, if he's playing like crap he will just miss more tackles in more mins anyway.
If they think Api needs a rest they might move Luai into DH if/when Burton comes on.

Because the Dogs were terrible last night, and the Dragons barely got a point on them?

I don’t think Clark will score as well as Paix.

I know they only beat the Dragons, but does the addition of Foran, as well as their more mobile bench with the six again rule make the Dogs a lot more competitive? I'm trying to find reasons to pick Hopoate.

Fogarty still a decent option, near base. Some upside with some attacking stats

Yeah. Thought he played a solid game on the weekend and the coach seems to really like him.

Hopo going to get plenty of ball opportunities because he’s most dangerous player in backline.Mulvy wrote:I know they only beat the Dragons, but does the addition of Foran, as well as their more mobile bench with the six again rule make the Dogs a lot more competitive? Just needs that one break out score with a try to get the prices rolling. He's looked dangerous, it will come.
