Wouldn’t it be more like chasing Teddy’s points over the next month?Rapture_NRL wrote:

He does have a long history of backing up 100+ scores with more 100+ scores.

Yep, 2 other scores of 100 before this and followed it up with 48 and an 18. More likely to do an Mbye than get another 100 next week against Eels.my tv broke wrote:

Pretty much, hes a gun who'll average 60ish (mayne bit more) for the year but the 111 and 94 are already part of that final average now.
Those that already have him are already ahead of me after tonight. Then even more will fomo and get him this week. If i get him too, it just keeps me where i am in the pack.
Ill have to hope he has a few low scores and go a slightly different route for now and hope I can gain some ground.
It could leave me worse off but have to take that chance
Unfortunately saving trades is impossible at the moment

979 -no McInnes or Captain Teddy. That was the most painful 80 minutes!

I finished with 1008 pre updates. I have Capewell as well. I started the round at 2338 rank and am up to 1012. I would love the 2 tackle breaks to be added so I can creep inside the top 1000.KingTeddy wrote:Up to 1034 this week with Capewell, i'll take that any day of the week
I’ll enjoy it whilst it lasts as I’ll be on the end of some stingers once Lolo goes the banner as I don’t have him.
On another note with Teddy in the limelight I was still on Hopoate watch and he was only on around 5 at half time. The Dogs got pummelled and he in the end still finished with 30 points which is very positive. He should be priced at around the 490k mark now. Defs one to consider this week.

Didnt catch the game but quite the chat about Averillo. Can someone tell me what they thought about him and why he might be a decent prospect should job security no come into play.

Teddy makes his price really awkward. Could also get Taumalolo for the same money.

I'm pleased to see Teddy has got his 2 big scores out of the way for the season

You need the bad ones before getting them not the good ones!mattnz wrote:I'm pleased to see Teddy has got his 2 big scores out of the way for the season

954 for the week, which was pretty much par. It would have been slightly above par if it wasn't for those Teddy owners. 10 of my players scored 58+ points with only my WFB/CTRs stinking it up.

Had no one in my 17 play the last two matches. Was excruciating. Up about 300 ranks to 857th. Need a new Teddy plan though.

Thoughts on buying Ponga next week? I need to buy a WFB eligible player or I'm running with zero WFB cover, so it's basically between Ponga and Latrell. Latrell would free up the cash I need to get Lolo back the week after, while Ponga is a better scorer obviously

Might let the dust settle and see where to spend the Capewell $$$
Sort of feel like MTB Has outlined a good course of action to maybe try to hedge against Ted With someone else...he won’t get 100 every week and I have Ponga already (there may be weeks where they are both quiet)
McInnes would definitely be an option but would also like to see how they line up this week.
