Pencilled in Capewell to Talau and Luai to Mofo (or macca) this week then next week ideally Su'a to cow and mann to DCE/Cleary/Munster

Need to get some more cash gen going as it's stalling a touch for my team atm

Still running haasless for a while Bang and after last week's shocker first half we will be playing through the middle no doubt

Some interesting options this week. Capewell down to Hammer, and Drinky up to someone for me. I want to grab a forward but trading Drinky leaves me playing Paix/Clark at half and Hammer at WFB. Yikes.

How long does Robson and Macca keep 80? Jump on Foto before he goes over 700? Jurbo still affordable, Johnson and Pearce are quietly looking good.

I am looking at these as my initial trade thoughts.

Wiliame > Talau - Get rid of a red dot and get in some cash generation. Will be much needed down the track. Talau will be a good enough scorer and hopefully DPP next week. Has a TB in him and hopefully the tries will come. I am expecting 30's with the odd 40-50 when he scores some tries.
Capewell > Macca - Capewell is gone and Macca is just a tackle bot for the Knights. I am not concerned about Watson. O'Brien wants an 80 minute hooker and Macca is capable. Hitting 60's in the tackle count and has been running a fair bit too. Great POD to hopefully jump up the boards a little. Versing his old mob this week and will really want to rip in! Could be a final 17 player. At this stage I am looking at having 4 hookers in my final 17. (Koro, Grant, Macca, CS9/CM9/Cook).

138K leftover to go Drinkwater and Luai to Cow/Gun hopefully.

    Luke signing announced

Looks good for Paix making a few more $$$, seems pretty clear that Luke will play a bench role, at least at first.

    https://www.broncos.com.au/news/2020/06/16/issac-luke-joins-broncos-for-rest-of-2020/

“We’ve brought Isaac here to give support to Cory Paix, who has had a positive start over the last two weeks - while Jake Turpin is out injured."

"Issac knows he’s been brought into the group to support Cory and Jake, he is clear on that and is happy to play a role for us."

Frustrating this week because it would be pretty satisfying going something like Capewell - Mitchell and Brailey - McCullough but I need to get rid of Hopo/Williame to kickstart some cash generation.

Might punt on Talau and HTF and build some bank

Mitchell's played his two best games of the year.

Looks like some boring trades for me this week, Capewell/Talau and Williame/HTF. Leaves me with 445K in the bank for an upgrade or 2 next week. I am down to 14 trades though which is a worry, but with the poor start I have had I gotta burn through them to catch up and hope I can avoid trading at the end of the season.

Bringing in Macca instead of Mofo and running a 4 hooker bench this early in the season is just asking for trouble yes?

Macca has more cash to make and seemingly a touch higher scoring too but Mofo helps me cover my holes  (Shocked) a bit better

Wanna get my trades right so I can slow down. After this week will be 16 left, with 8 of my 12 trades used to replace injured or dropped players lol!

Is drinky still worth keeping as emergency cover for the halves/wfb or is he too expensive for that?

Looked at JTurbo over Macca but similar scores for lot less currently... but does Watson change things and make Macca a trade out down the track whilst JTurbo is set and forget

I ma very tempted by Macca this week. Most 80 minute hookers are really relishing with these new rules. More time in play means more tackles and Macca is hitting 60+ tackles every week. Would be great POD who is severely underpriced if he keeps hitting 60's. Mind you he has also had 0 TA's, or LBA's and with Ponga and co around him they are bound to happen

At this stage i'm going with Rudolf > Talau & Capewell > Cleary

    Koro
    Haas Fotuaika
    Yeo Carrigan Murray
    Cleary Moses
    Mitchell Best
    Teddy Turbo Papi

    Grant Katoa JTB Talau
    Leilua Paix Wiliame Musgrove

Leilua is potentially best 17 or an easy upgrade so im keeping him for the moment

Smith up from 78 to 84 at reopening lockout, nice little bump for me.

Currently considering the same things re macca and running a 3 hooker bench already and also if he might be at risk later of having to be a trade out which I really can't afford

Macca no doubt has more risk attached than jurbo as a set and forget but with current tactics I have no doubt Watson will return as a roving lock. has been the plan all preseason and they haven't changed it since watson has been out with hoy playing that role. So I see no reason for it to change bar a slump in form and O'Brien looking to change things up which you could say about any team really

As always I don't get any selection info just injury group chat cus we aren't included in the 50 person bubble

Watson due back R9-11.. Knights have Broncos, Cows, Manly, Eels, Rabbits and Dogs between now and then. They are all winnable games for the Knights. If they are winning I can't see O'Brien switching up too much, except Watson will play the role Tex has at the moment.

Fuck, I could do Capewell/McCullough instead. Means I would have to play HTF in my WFBs which isn't desirable. Need to resist the urge.
