    I have 41k spare and 14 trades.

    I think being down to 14 trades I can only make 1 this week.

    So I guess Luai is a hold then and Paix has to go.

    Re Talau if he’s had a minor hammy strain I worry that could easily just go again.


    Thoughts on a Paix to Averillo trade? Do we think Averillo has good job security? To me he’s looked good enough the last fortnight.

    Or is there another trade I should look at besides Paix to Averillo? I really need a cow making some money.



    Oh and if Katoa does not play I’m fucked down to 16 men.

    Hmm I hope Talau gets WFB..

    If he does then I think I may just go Kennedy to him and use Wiliame to loop Talau and HTF, two not great options to have to play in the 17 but at least can loop them. Then next week upgrade Luai to the likes of RTS

    Hearing Dylan Walker (foot) and Tom Trbojevic (hamstring) both facing about six weeks out for @SeaEagles. Good outcome for Walker considering Lisfranc fracture - usually a three month lay-off - was first feared @NRLcom

    With 16 trades remaining and 6k itb my team is:

    Koroisau

    Haas Fotuaika

    Lolo Horsburgh Carrigan

    Cleary Croft

    Fuimaono Mitchell

    Turbo Papi Drinkwater

    Grant Macca Katoa Wiliame

    Rudolph Paix Kerr Luai


    Need to trade out Turbo this week and don’t want to waste a trade on anyone except for pong or teddy but the only way I can do that is if I go:

    Turbo + Papi -> Teddy and 295k WFB

    So will either have to get HTF or Funa or not get teddy.

    People here like the look of RTS at a low price but my problem is that he is low because he has been producing low scores and that won’t just change because he has averaged better in the past.

    Cheers mate, that probs means Averillo’s gonna be out of the team in two weeks now that we are looking at bringing him in. Seriously though I can’t see why he’d lose his spot, he’s looked good in attack which the Digs obviously struggle with and he kicks goals.

    Break even in double figures I guess what’s not to like? Even a few low 30’s scores next few weeks will see him bring in plenty of cash.

    Not at all. Buying a player who depends on attacking stats for good scores and who plays for the Dragons is a great shout.

    Don't let Welshy hear you say that. Loves a fallen gun. Guns usually do come good though. Until they don't anymore, hard to predict when that is.

    Straight up? Give me CS9. Long history of averaging 5-10 points above Teddy. Positional requirements are definitely relevant

    Yea thats what I was thinking how ever my backline is the worst you will see. Its working for me though Im ranked 152 overall

    My short list is RTS, Edwards or going with another position for a week with DCE. Option 2 means playing Farnsworth/Hammer for a week. Not sure I have the cajones to grab Edwards

    Same here. Even when he's fit, he doesn't average nearly as much as Ponga and Ted do. At this point, I'm happy to just run Ponga/Ted/cheapie at WFB for now, and if I can get lucky with cash, maybe jump on a guy on the rise (like To'o was last year etc.)

    What's everyone's thoughts on a straight swap from Turbo to RTS? His scores have been pretty inconsistent this year, but has proved himself before. He has had 0 tries or try assists and the warriors attack is a real downfall for me. This could either make or break my year with this decision. Surely RTS will get some attacking stats soon? Not really seeing anyone else appealing and I can't afford Ponga just yet. Thoughts guys? (so then my backline would be Papi, KingTeddy, RTS)
