Probably high tackle someone again for another TS
Being serious though, if you don't have Latrell I would probably just get Graham for 55k cheaper now he has CTR DPP

White Lightning wrote:The problem with my team for this round is I've chased the guns early leaving my 17th man & npr's thinner in terms of quality so I need to raise some cash to get a good 17th man. I was going to trade Twal to L. Mitchell but I'm now thinking I should go the ctr cows luke Talau, Averillo, Niu. That means I can get a good quality forward for my bench in round 8. Thoughts & thanks.

Carrigan & Clark -> Aloai & Clune
I know Carrigan is back soon, but I need a 2RF and no other trade gives me anyone worth keeping. Clune will have to do as Clark was in my halves
robelgordo wrote:Just to follow up from the everyone is fucked discussion yesterday with a bit more detail:
1st overall: needs to trade in a 2RF and CTR to have 16 (fixed), Tedesco in team
2nd: need 2RF trade in, has Teddy
3rd: needs a 2RF + 2nd trade to get 17, has Teddy
4th: need 2RF or CTR (fixed), no Teddy concerns - somehow has avoided much carnage despite a 4 hooker bench theoretically meaning less cover...
5th: will play 16 - short 2 * 2RF, 1 * CTR. Also Teddy
6th: needs WFB/CTR trade-in. 2nd probs 2RF otherwise playing JHop. Has Teddy
7th: needs CTR. Teddy watch. Otherwise looks solid
8th: will play 16 - short CTR/WFB, CTR/2RF, and INT. Has Teddy
9th: needs CTR/WFB and 2RF for 17. Has Teddy
10th: needs 2RF for 17. No Teddy
So most people are definitely scrambling to get 17. And if Teddy is rested or another late out there will be 16s and 15s everywhere. Nobody panic, basically.

Very similar to my thought process over the coming fortnight. Grabbed Niu (to fund Turbo to Ponga) and looking at Rudolf to Thompson/Taupau/any other FRF gun in the next fortnight..

Just to add to this.
11: needs Ctr. (Teddy)
12: needs 2RF and CTR/WFB (Teddy)
13 - has 18 to choose from with no gaps (Ted)
14: needs 2RF and INT (Ted)
15: needs CTR (Ted)
16: Will play 16 - also needs 2RF and CTR just for 16 (Ted)
17: Needs 2RF and CTR to play 17 (Ted)
18: needs 1 INT any pos (Ted)
19: can fill gaps (McINtyre at 2RF) needs 2x INT to field 17
20: will play 16 with 2 trades used. Missing 2RF and CTR and WFB (Ted)
In summary - everyone is f**ked.
4 of top 20 are a man short after making 2 trades. An additional 6 can field only 17 after making 2 trades.
17 of top 20 have Ted and go even further short if he doesn't take the field.
(last mention honest) I am the only one in top 20 without JTB, so maybe he could wake up with a slight tickle in his throat or something???
