I'm planning to add Flanagan this week, will play him in 14-17 with Cleary and Moses. Allows me to trade out Drinkwater as backup half.Rabbits21 wrote:What do we think Flanagan averages for rest of the season?
Also do we think Robson keeps playing 80?
Surely you wait to see him play well in a game before taking a punt?Loomer wrote:I suppose with the extra trades I've no excuse now not to take a punt on Milf

Have you looked at SMat? I brought him in last week to temporarily cover 2RF, but primarily have him as CTR1KingTeddy wrote:
I'm in a similar position. Got 3 hookers on my bench and no 2rf cover at the moment. I was gonna hope a new 2rf player appears - eyeing off Butch, RFM, Young. I am going to risk not having cover for the 2rf position for a few weeks and pray none of them get injured then bring a 2rf in soon

On the NRL Fantasy podcast they talk about the "good news" of extra trades. I don't think they were expecting a backlash for the announcement, which shows how in touch they are with their fanbase.

Goes to show that the feedback given at end of season isn't taken on board.
I mean, I realise what it is, its a free product, already second in popularity to Supercoach, which is run by the people that fund the game. For all we know, Fantasy might be killed off next season and a 'partnership' set up to push everyone onto SC..... it honestly wouldn't surprise me as it seems silly to have two fully fledged platforms in competition with each other. NRLF is just treading water at the moment.
It's just disappointing as it would take fairly minimal effort to improve the overall product. The official game of the NRL should be the superior offering, and the default platform for people to play on.
