You are looking in a decent position with only really 17th man and 2 second row spots needing to be upgraded. I see Latrell to RTS as a 5-10 point per week upgrade, while losing a little flexibility

Then being able to grab Haas, move Carrigan back to bench for coverage is fantastic. Can wait a little while on Tevaga and move young for him via Luai, plus having a little cash left over

Yeah I don't mind it and I agree if sione comes back to the same role then he's a better hold than latrell. Hmm I did know what I was signing up for with latrell so a bit of a cop out to bail but I think with cash gen at a minimum and 12 trades left each trade now is more crucial than ever

those trades leave me 84k itb

luai to cash out gives me roughly 350-60 in a few weeks you'd imagine. which covers lucy to tevaga (130ish) and hopefully young to fifita and then sit on my 8-9 trades for an obvious cow, cash outs for HTF if he ever makes any money haha, and cover injuries

    thanks mate

Thoughts on selling Mann for Jolliffe? Since starting, Jolliffe's looking like averaging at least in the 40s if not more, and priced at 404k. I could see him being a decent 18th man, coming into the 17 when needed. Only downside compared to Sutton is that he's FRF only while Sutton is dual.

At this point, I do plan to sell Mann eventually but I will only sell him this week if it's to someone who can score roughly the same amount of points while making me a decent amount of cash.

If I do it, I will have 10 trades left.

Has a been a while since I've posted the team and asked for help.

    Api
    Paulo, Haas
    Matto, Tapine, Carrigan
    Cleary, Drinks
    Trell, Best
    Teddy, Ponga, Crichton

    Grant, Macca, Young, JTB

    Keppie, Heatherington, Williame, Avarillo.

Tempted to not trade this week.

    Or,

Drop Drinky to Fog - Although this seems like a wasted trade.

Williame/ Avarillo to Niu - Doesn't really raise much extra cash, and Niu isn't bringing home the bacon either.

    Thoughts on an approach guys?

I'd be tempted by Best>Niu and banking the cash, but would be reliant on Averillo getting the centre spot back eventually. Going to need a fair bit of cash to upgrade Drinkwater, Crichton, Young and JTB to better options

EDIT: it is a pretty risky move. Could probably go something like Best>Marsters/Croker/Roberts to bank 150-170k for similar scores

See lots of people talking about trading Latrell, personally when that position is such a shitshow, now that I've got him he is staying. I like the chances of him delivering more than any of the other options. And when he does have a good game, which he will, it's going to be a big advantage.

I'll be, touch wood, rolling with him and streaming Crichton/Niu in the other spot unless something changes.

Looks like cash generation may be a problem mate. Willy a dud and Avo looking like he's gone now. Hetherington not going to make any coin unless he can bag a try and Keppie probably not going to make a lot of coin either.

I wouldn't do Drink to Fog, that's sideways as hell. You're better off trading him to Field and get a few price rises. Niu now has a 0 BE so he'll start making money so Willy to Niu isn't the worst option for your situation. I don't mind Best to Niu either to raise more funds but that may be dangerous with your bench. How many trades left?

I think people are realising they can cover him with either Talau/Niu at centre. He's 544k which means people can downgrade him to someone mid 200's and use the cash elsewhere.

That's kind of where I'm at right now, though I don't know if I'll pull the trigger on any trades. Nothing is standing out right now, but I've got 15 trades and feeling itchy.

I'm still carrying Wiliame, but HTF coming back in hopefully helps with cash generation. Just not liking many of the options.. Field and Fermor probably still of most interest but don't trust either.

I'd probably use one trade on Mitchell to RTS if I could, but I'm 2k short.

I've got 15 left and deciding between Field and Fermor. Think I'll end up with Fermor because Field historically scores like shit

Field is in a different team now and even looks like a different player from what I remember.

    12 trades left.

Yeah, im screwed for cash generation. Ive given up on the CTRs, don't want to waste trades on them. Seems every option i have is a huge risk coz it will mean bringing in someone shit who im forced to play.

He was still 4th in the Eels for kick metres so without that base he can easily score low 20s without actually having a bad game.

Should have this team next week with 8 trades left. Will only have Young to upgrade.
    Koro
    Hass Kapow
    Lolo Yeo Angus
    Cleary Flan
    Crita Niu
    Teddy Pap Ponga

    Grant Macca Carrigan Young
    TommyT Hetho Averillo Cow

    Hopefully will do the job.

This is where I'm at. Cash basically gives me 2-3 upgrades elsewhere.

Only needs another semi decent game to keep cash flowing mate, big 60 odd really helps that flow, in attacking team with Matterson outside him. Punt punt punt

    For sure for sure.

Still, reminds me a bit of Connor Tracey last year scoring 78 on debut with a tonne of tackle busts. I think he scored single figures the following week.
