Sounds like the kid is going to be one of those big body big motors types of guys. His 2019 stats include 17 games, averaging 27 tackles, 96 metres and two busts per game with two tries.
Should see a month on the bench as Alvaro (18th man) is the only other recognised forward in their healthy squad. Tough to pick him with RCG and Paulo playing mammoth minutes.

Proposition
Usual season limit on trades for all other positions.
Centre position has all other DPP's removed (eg a ctr can only be a ctr and nothing else), but you have unlimited trades in that position, no cap on those two spots, and for points to count each week, they must be named at ctr on final teamsheet

I was going to cleanse my FRF with JTB and The reindeer to Niu and JFH. With Tommy T Take Two’s hammy news should I go Talau and Rudolph to Niu and Tapau instead?

Just a fan forum, but Dragons fan forum would've given both nuts to a. keep Robson and b. sack Mary. Last year it was their favourite two topics. God knows what they would have given for both a and b.
This is true, as a Dragons fan, would have loved to keep him. Was always talked up, lots of rep honours, knew he would be good. Don't blame the kid for leaving though, McInnes is a quality hooker and our captain. Happy he's doing well and getting 80 minutes. I just wish we would play Saab and Sailor before they both fuck off too. Oh, and fire Mary.

I think the Tigers tried to get Saab, Saints refused to release him. They must have some plan to play him in 1st grade.Reklaw wrote:

None of these fringe forward are doing it for me as a cash out
None of these base price fringe forwards are doing it for me hey!
Kai O’Donnell – Has Havili and Sutton on the bench who will probably rotate with Tapine, Lui and Papa (who plays big minutes) so not sure he sees any more than 25 minutes off the bench.
Tom Eisenhuth – I am confident he is the first one gone once we are fully fit…
Stefano Uto…. – RCG and Paulo (probably add Brown too) playing too big of minutes to see any decent minutes from the bench. Gower and Niukore on the bench probably eat into those forward minutes too.
Jack Hetherington – 22 in 42 minutes last week, in a win… No thanks.
Bailey Sironen – Was averaging 17 minutes off the bench before he played a game at 39 minutes. Not sure if they have any injuries in their forward stocks so not sure if this keeps happening.
I don't want another WFB/CTR cow either

Wish we knew if To'a would grab that Wing spot now. I wouldn't mind taking the gamble on him.

This is what the Tigers were afraid of, but surely the Tigers will not release him from his contract next year. Both Moses and Matterson’s ugly transfers to Parra should make sure they stand strong!StormTrooper96 wrote:https://www.nrl.com/news/2020/07/09/injury-hit-eels-blood-young-giant-stefano-as-tigers-tussle-looms/

Hoffman says he was told to prepare as though he was playing, he said he was keeping an eye on Talau during the session and he thought that he looked all good, but at the end of the session the physios ruled Talau out, and coach told him he is going to debut.
Hard to tell if Talau will miss more than one week really.

Bit more expensive but I'm going Fermor if he gets a starting spot tonight

Well I’m trading him out so that must mean he comes back next week. Thank God I started the season with Lomax! I just realised that in 8 rounds Lomax has partnered Shibasaki, Chricton, Latrell, Talau, and now Niu. What wasted trades! At least I don’t have Drinkwater anymore.my tv broke wrote:https://www.weststigers.com.au/news/2020/07/10/reece-hoffman-speaks-ahead-of-nrl-debut/

Missed the Talau injury so I get to save a trade on centres but copped the Friend HIA
This has probably stopped his cash generation for the next 4 weeks where I planned to move him out anyway.
Loosely planning Friend>RTS next week with Fogarty joining the 17 in Friend's place. This means I can do the naughty thing with Drinkwater/Herbie/Crichton each week, assuming that Hammer gets dropped to give me a red dot
