Something to lighten the mood in here
Who was it at the start of the year that had a cry about where they were stuck with the plebs in League 10 (I think)
I am curious how they are tracking given we are almost halfway in
I am more of an overall man than H2H but would make a fun update

There would regularly be massive stats changes upon review. If they were that inaccurate now when doing live stats this forum would expolde.

That was only a year or so ago, doubt much has changed. Id say things got tougher with covid, may have had some staff turnover

Thats amazing. I wouldnt get close to getting it right in real time with a whole game to look after the stats of.

How can they get the metres and KM recorded seemingly far easier?

I'm fed up with him finding ways to avoid getting the ball. Is not interested until they are past half way.

Noticing what is and isn't a tackle break is literally the easiest thing to do as an nrl fantasy statistician.

Live stats tough. Game review, not so much

Also just note that the stats guys don't just record the stats fantasy uses, they have a tonne of other stats that have to get picked up as well, no way they can get everything live

Yes you are right, the good old change from live to final on nrl stats.

The difference is now is I believe its become alot more important to get the stat recorded in the live call as the reviews no longer seem to pick up half the missed stats.

Nah i dunno. I think the system they use is really quite sofisticated. As i said in other post i just cant recall details of what i remember reading

I think it was Rabbits21. And my assumption since then is that he has since discovered that the competition in L10 is just as tight as any of the leagues and he is now happy with his lot, and likely on track for a huge upgrade in his leagues rating for next season. It’s this seasons feel-good story!
