Also FWIW those looking at Havili, while probably still a decent buy with the plethora of injuries Canberra have, in Stickys interview he said Tommy Starling is their back up hooker, they have a lot of faith in him, and he'll be in the mix next week.

Is Yeo a sell now? Not really feasible without 80min

Gutted I didn't pull the trigger on RTS and Thompson in, but it would've cost me Pap so not all bad.

Havili will be a solid 17-18 pick up. Regardless whether he's playing lock or hooker, he was on the bench with a Prop, 2RF, and a Utility. Now they have even less players he'll get decent minutes. Also, he was only a hooker before the Raiders if anyone was concerned

If Latrell misses 2 weeks, a lot of people are going to trade him to someone. Not like there are plenty of uninjured guns pumping out big scores.

Ah awesome same night, I only enter 1 team  at a time up until now. Why do people enter 15 and 20 teams ? Seems ridiculous. Ur odds are stupid at times, depending on the prizes anyway. Like in my contest I won, one guy had 20 teams entered, thats $300 outlay and 1st prize is $683. Stupid.

If you're playing casually, sticking to a couple of teams for fun is the go. The guys that max entering are trying to do something called MME mass multi entry. If you look up dfs strategy it's a whole world in itself mate. I used to put the odd team in for the last couple of but I've looked into try scorer betting for 7-8 years now so I've got some data on trends for that and dfs now so am putting in a few more teams to try to get the hang of it.

Basically,  if you're doing it for a bit of fun stick to what you're doing! If you've got the time/can be bothered look up the strategies etc it's really interesting:)

Edit: to answer your actual question, if they have 20 teams in - they'd be planning for some to cash and even if 1 of them nab a top 5-10 rank then they're up for the game. Obviously repeating this over the long term that's what the goal is. Anyways mate I'm out of my depth even talking about it haha

All the Latrell out talk I’ve seen is due to current scores not pending potential suspension

    Morning

With all the trade talk I think I might make a luxury trade of Yeo to a Taumalolo tier player
Will let the dust settle after this weekend, as with 2 games there is plenty of time for injuries but it might be on the cards

All you Yeo doubters will sell him then he'll play 80 mins & score 60+. I'd say Cleary subs him early when the game is in the bag but in the tough games he'll play 80 mins.
Updates to my score only netted 2 points so I'm 899 with J. Paulo, K. Mann & Ponga to play. My round score depends on which Knights team turns up.

Latrell & HTF will both be called into my office on Monday morning.

That said - before then, we have 2 games to enjoy today, and all of the extra problems that they can bring Smile

I like Havili's price but if Starling got the role, that would be excellent.

    Agree Whitey

The Panthers scores were all over the place yesterday because of the match situation. They had the game wrapped up early and there was no need for players to play 80. Ivan Cleary was thinking of the long game and players like Nathan Cleary didn't have to push too hard. The chance was taken to give Yeo a rest. Won't happen every week.

907/14c with Ponga, Best and Frizell today.

It's going to be a great front row battle today in the Knights v Eels game. In real life Klemmer, D. Saifiti, J. Paulo & RCG are probably the next best 4 props after Haas. All 4 are monsters & there will be some massive hits going on to try & gain control of the ruck.

They're good, but in real life not fantasy JWH and SST is the best starting prop pair in the league, with Taupau/AFB also worth a mention.
