My team is fucked but I will power on. Will hold Latrell I think, will probably go Best to RTS as my only trade. Looked for ways to get Hunt or a reasonable option for Havili but I will most likely let those guys go.

With the Roosters run coming up Crichton could be a very important piece going forward.

Think it might be time to bite the bullet and hope O’Donnell becomes useful

Im not sold on Niu putting up good scores consistently. I like what I see from him as a player, i think he might have a few low 20s coming though.

The two of them are my starting centres with no backup, so I'm hoping they truck on
In the same boat no backup is worrying me though I must admit .

I want to keep latrell but it is the only way I can get both Hunt and brown in this round for Croft and him. I would be 15k off being able to make those trades if I trade out Luai instead.

Team with 10 trades left. Just cracked into the top 1000.

    Grant
    Hass Carigan
    Yeo Lolo Angus
    Flanno Cleary
    Crita Niu
    Teddy Ponga Paps

    Koro, Macca, Fogz, Young
    TommyT, Hetho Averillo, Williame.

    Thought?

I'm thinking Best and Luai to Angus and Mcintyre.

Means I have no short term path to Teddy but just have to accept its not worth paying his current price and get by with Crichton/Farnworth/HTF as my third wfb for awhile

I remember a few weeks ago I was complaining that I stuffed up by going Crichton over Best! The first week I got Fatrell he scored massive and after a big pat on the back he’s been pretty shit ever since. It’s all swings and roundabouts! Most backs will be a bit of a lottery.

If I wasn't selling Croft, I would probably do this, as I'm absolutely loaded with centre depth (buying Niu for Croft, already got Talau, SCrichton and Avo).

Do I get extra points for trading out Mann and spending 300k+ only to get the exact same score from haas and lose $ on him while Mann makes $? Winning

Trading out Lomax at near the top of his value because 600k sitting in the centres when I have two other decent centres is a complete waste and allows me fix up halves. Lomax to Hunt is 60k and is worth a lot more than five points a week.

Also probably going Friend to NBrown for team balance and because Lam probably takes minutes from Jake as they protect him through the season.

Next week my team should be well set, I'll look at Rudolf and Luai's scores and trade one of them along with Wakeham to Munster or Difita and a cheap centre and run the other as an 18th man until they peak then hit someone falling (would have 7 trades left at this point). Might also be able to go Butcher to Moses if the stars align. Given up on the likes of Cleary, Ponga, McInnis, Cook, but my projected teams are nowhere near as good as this if I keep Lomax.

    Api
    Haas Fotuaika
    Taumalolo Murray Brown
    SJ Hunt
    Crichton Niu
    Ted Pap RTS

    Grant
    Carrigan
    Butcher/Moses
    Munster/Fifita

    Luai/Rudolf Hetherington Centre HTF

This was an interesting perspective, I had to have a play with my own team. Selling Lomax>Hunt was something I didn’t even consider and gives me:

    McInnes
    Haas Carrigan
    Crichton Yeo Havili
    Cleary Hunt
    Niu Talau
    Teddy Ponga Pappy
    Koro Grant Macca Fogarty
    Young Fermor HBT Wiliame

Looks pretty good, just Havili and Fogarty to upgrade. But also leaves me without centre coverage which could be risky with Talau’s hammy. But I am so tempted to go this way now.

Slim pickings for my looping this round.
Can’t do Niu/Talau at centre since they play each other
Can’t loop Fogarty/Fermor on the bench because they play on the same team
Only move I could make is play Fermor over Young and loop Young/Fogarty on interchange.

Fermor and Fogarty versus the Storm
    Young versus the Rooster
    Yikes.

Has everyone given up on Young? Didn't watch the Raiders game, was he any good?

Crichton will be back on the right with Boyd left.
Really wanted that juicy matchup versus Young Sad

Looked decent with the ball just so the attack went to the other side all game, also doesnt join in as the third man in for a tackle.

He may come good yet, doubt it will be against the chooks though. Really set to stall his prices rises, some teams will be able to hold and eventually make money but for me it will depend on the price trajectories of guns like Tevaga, Munster and Twal

I don't have him this year, but did when he debuted and he's still a decent Fantasy prospect in my eyes. Just think the last couple of games have been played down the other side.
