To make some of you feel better. I’ve played Mofo, Nui, SMat, Fog, N Brown, Friend, Paps. Those 7 delivering a massive 173. And I’m playing HTF in my 17.
A century from captain Cleary would provide some welcome relief.

Warriors: Hetherington to lock (probably second row), Lawton to back row, Katoa drops to the bench.
Sharks: Kennedy to fullback, Dugan to centre, Sorensen to lock, Rudolf to bench.

Jesus Christ mate, I am a huge fan of yours, but this might be the softest dismissal ever.

Rabbits is right, Rabbitohs fans hate Seibold and wish him ill will. I throw my support behind his feelings toward the turncoat 100%. This game is built on petty grudges like these. I would expect every Tigers fan to be just as sour at Cleary for getting off the bus. The players sure as shit are, so where would the fans be if we didn’t support their feelings?

But leaving the forum because a Rabbitohs fan is angry at Seibold. Don’t pretend for a second that this is about forum politics and not your rank.

See you next year, maybe we can fall in love again x

Mate, that's an incredibly shit take if you think I'm leaving over rank. If cared as much as others do here about rank and bailed when it got tough i would have never made it over from Sportal. I have never been a top player and only have played for fun. Hence why every year i volunteer amongst the mods  to run the lower leagues because shit like rank and that doesn't bother me. Last year I made it to L4 my highest league ever and i gave up my spot for Stuffness because he arrived late and I thought it was fair he had it.

The fun for the game is wearing out for me i haven't liked it since they reduced the squads but kept the trades the same and inflating prices making it impossible for new people to know what the fuck to do and stay around therefor not growing the game.
Like the game this forum is not fun anymore. I've tried but i am getting sick of seeing good posters leave and sick of reading the same thing every week every game.

"Oh good that player got injured thats really good for my team im glad his livelihood is possibly destroyed because my player now got 3 extra points"
"What is the coach thinking he averages 55mins but the coach only gave him 53 mins this is fucked"
"My player was injured IM SO UNLUCKY"
    "Wheres his TS"
    "Wheres his TA"
and the pages upon pages of tackle break discussion i don't think I've ever seen so much whinging for something we cant control

Frankly reading the same thing for like the 5th week in a row about Siebold was the final straw. I was going to quit after we came back from the break but i didn't want to let anyone in the leagues but there's no point now.

Oh and not that it matters but ironically i just hit my highest rank ever of 575.. So yeah I'm sure I'm not leaving because of "my rank"

Mate, you know how much I love you, but I can't agree with most of this.  You definitely don't care about your rank as much as others though, no arguments there.  Can only think Pookus was stirring the pot.  I'll be succinct due to my respect for you and our incredibly long and close relationship on the Forum.

Firstly, I know more than anyone your fun for the game and Rugby League has been waning for 3 or 4 years.  It is the way the Fantasy platform has changed and the rules of the NRL and the performance of the Broncos.  That came first for you losing your passion, not the Forum.

Secondly, the talk you are referring to is Fantasy talk.  That's what the Forum is for.

Thirdly, we have hardly had anyone delete their account or leave.  Lukeaye deleted his account, he is the only regular poster I can remember doing so this year (myself and Random get email notifications when it happens).  Andy V has decided to not post for the rest of the year because he didn't get the reaction he expected to 1 of his posts.  That is 1 post, a single solitary post, that he didn't get support on and he leaves the forum but calls me the soft cock?  Really?  I'm the soft one?  A soft cock would have gone with the flow and actually done the opposite to what I did and wouldn't have called him out.  I have already told you personally how hard it was for me to call him out on it as I have an affinity with the bloke going all the way back to Sportal.  Think of it this way, if everyone left the Forum after people not agreeing with them on just 1 thing, there would actually be no-one here.  Yes, we have some posters who haven't returned, but the numbers are very low and that happens and we are not aware of the reasons why.

My Fourth point would be that you know we have worked hard to stamp out the injury talk.  It is 100% better than it was a month ago. If we were doing nothing about it I would understand you referencing this as a reason, but we are working on it and it is definitely better.

Last but definitely not least, you are a founding member of Fanatics, you were one of the biggest reasons why we got so many to migrate across from Sportal before it was destroyed.  If your love for League and Fantasy has gone then nothing anyone else can do about it.  But I would think you having this community would actually be the greatest positive in the midst of all the other negatives you have with the NRL and Fantasy.

I believe there is less grief and more agreeance between people in here then in the general community as a whole.  So we have been getting the balance right in my book and you have been a big part of that.

If Hethrington goes decent and starts again next week I can hold off getting 2RF or FRF next week and get Hunt. This would be excellent

I personally get very down  as down as you can when u haven't met someone, when we lose a member or even just the more obvious in that someone posts alot less. In my opinion alot of founding members have highly reduced there time here, I would hate to see the forum disintegrate slowly. @Mighty fishes don't u dare move away mate, maybe step back for a while, rest of the year. But remember the bants, the long standing relations, the uniqeness we have here. Stick around. I do agree re alot ofnthe shite that gets posted and a changing of the guard topic wise. But we can't just say right, u dont pass the requirements- ur out !

What good is a cheesecake without its supple base ?  Ur a part of that base.  Cheers

I thought about getting a shirt printed up with the weeks break evens for the last meet up haha
Even then it was more drinking than checking stats which was nice
Also glad I got to go to the Royal Oak one time before they knock it down.

Make the most of the game today as who knows when the next one will be with crowds
If you get on camera make a giant 'F' for Fanatics (as if you were in the village people), I heard you get bonus fantasy points for that

Is hetherington going to play edge? I assume Harris will actually play lock.

Am I an idiot for considering bringing him in to play at 17th man this week? How much longer is he at the warriors? Hmmmm
