They didn't need a fb back then what they needed was a good couple of forwards mainly a prop but instead signed RTS for the dollars re bums on seats & merchandising. Similar to fantasy on how we view trades buying RTS was bad for team balance. Of course RTS is an awesome player but back then there was a certain CNK at the club.

CNK is great but he wasn't flourishing at the Warriors. He was backup centre. His time at the Raiders has done well for him and the environment and change of scenery did wonders for him.

In saying that, I'd have RTS over him any day of the week. Top 5 fullback, maybe top 3.

Warriors should really be happy to convince any star player to sign for them.

Imagine if we didn't have all the injuries this year. Would we still have Kearney? Ah Mau has been a huge out.

Warriors have one of if not the best back three in the competition. Their back row (Harris/Katoa/Tevaga/) is also top rank, and once Ah Mau is back and maybe Rudolf signed their front row is pretty good too. Their 6/7/9 could do with a bit of work, but the squad doesn't need a total rebuild or turnaround, they just need a decent training ground and gameday coach after years of Kearney. Not sure Nathan Brown is it.

When i first read this, i nearly spat my coffee out. Thinking "tell him he is dreaming".

Looking through the back 3's running out in this round, lordy lord there are some putrid line ups.

I think full strength id struggle to have warriors in my top 5 of back threes in the comp though.

I reckon warriors need a proper 9, one with a kicking game, cook/hodgo type.

CNK doesn't have the attacking threat of RTS. He is solid defensively and puts in the hard yards, importantly he doesn't take up much room in the cap. The perfect FB for the Raiders but he isn't going to fix problems at every club.

Link to our weekend preview. As always, open to suggestions/feedback!

Really excited to watch the footy tonight. Going to bet on/follow the Warriors and Broncos. Broncos right side and Rabbits left side in attack should be really entertaining to watch!

I had a look at your team yesterday Shocked Shocked Shocked

Very impressed with the strength and depth

Jackson Ford - G3 tripping - early plea = two matches.

Jake Friend - G1 dangerous contact - early plea = free to play

But moving forward you probably want to look at getting DCE or Bateman if possible.

A client of mine wrote the app software for this device under development for the assessment of concussion:

    https://headsafe.com/nurochek-system

I reckon a fair chance we see these in the NRL in the next couple of years.

    tapine has to go right?

not sure why i am struggling to pull the chord so much.

Anyone take a stab at raiders pack minutes on a normal day now chn and bateman are back in the fold? i would have thought tapine gets a better share than hudson, lui and sutton but not the case last week?

Complaining about getting Nathan Brown as your new coach when you’re a demoralized team living as transients on the central coast with no timeframe of returning home seems like the perfect definition of “beggars can’t be choosers“ to me.

Although I’d say he’s pretty decent anyway. Laid a platform at the Knights, did well in the UK from what I’ve heard, seems to really commit to a club when he’s there. Dragons could’ve gone better but they basically elevated the work experience kid to head coach so it also could’ve been much worse.

Brown doesnt have NRL premierships or grand finals, but few do, and about zero that would sign to coach the Warriors right now.

I was hoping McInnes would stay quiet last night but sadly it was never gonna happen.
