TPJ looking elsewhere I heard earlier this week, hopefully he will be disinterested and Fifita is very under done. Some Flegler and Lodge knock ons would be nice along with Boyd slipping on the spot as last line defence at fullback lol

I think the Warriors honestly got lucky the year we snuck into the grand final under Ivan.We played our best against the Storm to get in but otherwise we scraped through a fair bit.
We also had Maloney leading the team around while Johnson was at his elusive best. We still had some absolute spud players going around like Billy Tupou, Joel Moon and Heremaia.

We need to completely overhaul what is happening off the field before we see results on it. They need to start from the ground up and set up systems driven towards success like clubs such as the Storm and Roosters have.

I don't know enough about the workings of the club but I can guarantee if we haven't got things set up properly in the background then we're going to continue to struggle.
I can't stand Gould but this is potentially one thing he can help us change and get right going forward.

3 under 20's titles and 1 Runner up in 5 years, tells me we're overflowing with talent, but where has it all gone? Sydney mostly....

Who misses out? Young, Siro, Hetherington, Lucy. Probably Hetherington hey? His score last week may have been an anomoly.

Still tossing up DFifi vs Bateman for mine (plus Moses). Can't afford Cleary, Cook or McInnes for the run home, going to be hard to watch them go big every week Sad

I would go Fifita, 100k less and more upside, but lower base. Basically, what would you use that extra 100k for? In my case, it means I can carry Flanno and sell Luai instead to get Munster

Yeah, thought so. Cheers mate. Can have him at 18 and if he does a Lomax I'll just pray that Randall is out to loop him in.

Have you ever watched Bateman play? No way Fifita has "more upside"

There was also a degree of those guys were guns in 20s when you could have 50-40 scoreline and they could coast on their natural attributes but then they hit the NRL and things like being able to tackle matter I.e Hurrell.

But then again, in the right system, with the right coaches, support etc we'd figure that shit out earlier.

Finucane ruled out for the Storm, big Tino now starting at lock.

Part of me really wants to buy Tino instead of DFifita, 150k less and dual but obviously much much riskier, but fuck I love the bloke and wish we weren't losing him next year.

If he had a secure starting spot for the rest of this year (e.g. if let's say Kaufusi or KBrom were to be out for the season), I would get him into my team right away, he is that good.

With all that said, I'm sticking with my Fifita trade, but fuck it hurts not having got big Tino earlier, these sort of things hurt more when they play for your team.

Unpopular opinion but I am holding in hope it's 3 or 4 weeks.

UPSIDE: most will be out of trades by then regardless and he will be a returning green dot.
DOWNSIDE: if Liddle is fit I think he will be pinching minutes off him.

I am keeping him as well. Personally, with 4 trades left, I am keeping them for season ending injuries. There is too long left in the season to waste a trade on a guy who is coming back in my position.
