I dare say the NRL bubble rules are forever being changed and updated along with each states covid rules. So being in QLD they probably have a little bit more freedom than the Sydney clubs would.
EDIT: I rescind my comment after reading this https://www.nrl.com/news/2020/08/07/langer-among-three-broncos-stood-down-over-biosecurity-breach/ if Alfie is being stood down for having a "few" people at a private function at the Caxton for his birthday.
Exactly my point, if Alfie and some staff are stood down for breaking the NRL bubble Covid rules then Fifita and Ofa have broken them too.
You’re allowed to eat out in restaurants in NSW as long as you’re socially distancing and the venue/restaurant doesn’t go over how many are allowed in etc...... so really what Wayne did is no worse to what the Broncos staff and Fifita and Ofa have done.
What I’m talking about is to keep the NRL going V’Landy’s and co came up with a set of rules that all clubs had to follow, why should Brisbane players be exempt from that?
It’s also not law in NSW that you can’t eat out. Bennett didn’t break the law of what the NSW government set he broke the NRL Covid bubble rules........
