He will be on the next train to Sydney.... He loved Benno! Reckon Souths will try pick him up... I think they have some spare money left over from Burgess.
To be honest though, I actually would much prefer that type of money spent on another player, not Pangai

Interesting to see how a loose undisciplined cannon like TPJ fits into the Robinson camp.

As a fan of the way he plays, its kind of exciting to think about how well he will go in a decent side.
Probably pick him up in fantasy to start next year.

In keeping with my tendency to head off on an irrelevant tangent in a moment of high tension NRL.com are running a fan vote on the best mullet in the 'modern era' (fuck commentators love that phrase).
If Kevin Hardwick doesn't win it will be a travesty, particularly as he really gets the shits when anyone calls his 'long hair' a mullet

Pangai is a glory hunter I think. I'll bet money he is at the Roosters.
Reminds me of one specific passage of play that stood out to me which shows how much of a glory hunter he was.
Broncos has heaps of momentum when the game was still close and it was 4th tackle about 8 meters out from the Rabbits line on the far left edge. I think Pangai had 1 on his short side to 1 marker and 2 defenders. Big line set out the back for a nice 4th play set and Pangai picks it up from Dummy Half and scoots himself into 4 defenders and goes nowhere, wasting a tackle and then forcing Dearden to put up a cross field kick. I think the Broncos then gave away an offside penalty in defence and pretty sure they touched the ball a total of 5 times from then. I am not saying that going the 4th tackle set out the back would have resulted in a try but Pangai made the complete wrong move because I believe he was hunting glory trying to barge over 5 defenders for a try.
TL;DR Pangai is a really good player on his day. Has his brain fades and A LOT to work on. I think going to a club that is very systematic and doesn’t put up with bullshit (Raiders, Roosters, Manly) would help his career out.

Former Bronco turned television analyst Ben Ikin has lodged his application to take charge of the battling Brisbane outfit as their next chief executive.
Ikin, who also played for Queensland and Australia, has been touted as the frontrunner to succeed long time CEO Paul White when he stands down after a 10-year stint at the end of this season.

Not sure why the roosters would spend that much on tpj when they have a decent young group of forwards coming through, if anything they probably need outside backs when the Morris boys call it quits

Yeah, they're bullshit.
How sure are you ?
I hate unfounded rumours but real specific names are starting to appear which if unfounded have crossed the line to liable AKA Geyer's daughter last year.

David Fifita has played 80 minutes as starting 2nd rower in his last 11 games, but I think with Pangai out he'll really see an increase on that
Technically he already averages over 80 minutes in this period because of Golden Point, so if he plays 80 minutes this week its a slight drop on his recent average

Seven months after retiring from rugby league because of a bleed on the brain, former Kiwis five-eighth Te Maire Martin is back on the field playing in Waikato club rugby for Ōtorohanga.
Martin, 24, said he is no longer suffering from “freaky” symptoms after ending his NRL career in January, nine months after his last appearance for the North Queensland Cowboys.
After some appearances with his two elder brothers for Ōtorohanga’s B team in June, Martin has stepped up to the A grade in Waikato’s premier club rugby competition in the last two weeks.

Here's to hoping this week doesn't fuck me as hard as last week did. I have the Vaseline next to me today just in case.

Wish him all the best with his return. Hoping he can put it all together and get back to the top level

I'd probably just appoint Darius captain coach to sort this mess out.

I reckon his is actually long hair though! I can't go past Darren Fritz, as he was rocking a real dodgy one years past them being fashionable. And he's not on the poll, but Brad Mackays curly mullet was underrated.

It's true though. I was going to post the same thing, with the team they have, why on earth would Fifita be spending any time on the bench? TPJ being there or not doesn't make a single difference to that fact.
