Part of me wants to trade Talau to Talakai, since it seems Talakai has that edge spot on form, and is running off SJ.

Would be a risk since I have so few trades and Talau covers centre, but fuck it he is getting so starved on that left wing and the Tigers draw is bad, so I can't see him averaging more than 20 over the run home.

Talakai seems like he's good for 40 a game at least if he's staying on that edge

Thoughts?

I heard the Dogs coach say the plan was to move Jackson to 13 mid game last week but couldn't cause of the RFM thing so the coach clearly wants Jackson at lock. I think Doorey will be safe for a little while providing he plays well this week. I reckon Thompson would have more impact off the bench anyway surely? Hasn't amazed anyone whilst starting...

Yeah I was hoping he would be named. Basically a straight swap for Aubbs.

Risk is he is a late omission and they play sunday, so may be hard to get info before thursday

Oh yeah, that was the other talking point I picked from the lists. Very interesting proposition if he looks like scoring well there.

I'd be hesitant to pull the trigger immediately, but I could dump Averillo for him in a straight swap if I was that way inclined. And the beauty is I would wait until an hour before kick off to make the call. Hmmm, very interesting.

Considering this move too. Have Lomax, Mitchell & Fui so centre cover not too much of a worry. I reckon it's at least a 10 point upgrade, and I've been forced to play Talau in my 17 more often than I'd like, so not a bad move.

What's the story with Kennedy? Has decent ppm. Could gamble Aubo+Heth to Kennedy+Moses and 2 trades left

I'd be replacing 2 red dots so that's a positive

I really like Talakai and really want to do it, but with so few trades left it's going to be tense every single Tuesday when Nikora gets named in the reserves. Seeing Talakai last week you'd hope and assume he has the position sewn up, but I guess he's only one average game away from losing it. The reason I remain interested is because even if he only plays a few more matches, his price is going to go up nicely and if you do have to punt him (if any trades remain at that time) he should be worth some decent coin.

I don't mind that if you have extra centre cover.

I think it's more than a 10 point upgrade, Talakai seems good for 40ppg on the edge or at centre, while Talau will be lucky to crack 20 a game with that horrid Tigers draw and being outside notorious ball hogs Mbye and Brooks.

I have Lomax/Crichton as my starting centres and Averillo as cover, so not quite as good, but I hate owning Talau (if he was right centre though, I would be cool with keeping him)

Looks like a decent enough cashout and playable for 2 weeks.

Was set to go Ekatoa to BLawrie for 17th man. But Sailor has dropped off the bench for Vaughan.

Do we think the Dragons bench will stay that way?

I would like Moses for final team. Kennedy should get 40 mins yeah? .88 ppm would be worried that trades locked in so any chance he gets switched to bench final team list? He'd be in loop with HTF so not huge deal

I may look at him for a Hetherington replacement.  If Fui doesn't get off, it's him or Koala I think for me.

I think 40 minutes is minimum with that team.
