I hope a few people end up trading Haas. People planning to trade him back in, even if they're fairly flush with trades is a pretty big gamble given this season throws up fires to put out nearly every week.

Funnily enough I’m almost inside the top 1000 for SuperCoach but oh well. Any ideas what to do with this mess? Everything is dependent on CS9 being named otherwise I’m gunna trade Haas cos what do I have to lose?

Yeah not expecting anything.
I had him earlier when he was 3-4 weeks out and he missed 1 game I think. Pisses me right off

The indications that seem wildly different are a pain. Koro obviously.
I have Twal, thought I would save a mid-season trade and ride out the 3 weeks, which became 4, which became 5, then a reduced minutes game followed by 2 more weeks out (and counting).
In retrospect, there's no way in hell I'd hold a a $785K player for 8 weeks (and a grand total of 56 points).
It might be an extremely minor comfort if he's back this week with Haas out

I have 5 trades so I might trade Haas to McInnes & Young to Barnett. Will mean it will be unlikely I can get Haas back but McInnes will probably just about match Haas anyway re scores.

Those trading Haas to non front rowers, does that mean you'll run without cover? I'd look at trading Haas but no other front row option excites me.

Might just hold Haas. Someone made a good point earlier... with the way the season is going there are fires to be put out everywhere... If I trade Haas out, I may never get him back in as I would be forced to make trades elsewhere.
Knowing the way luck has fallen this season whoever he is traded to will probably have something happen to them.

I reckon 5-6 trades, Haas out for McInnes or Cook in 1 move is a no brainer. Even if it leaves you unable to get Haas back or risking no FRF cover.
I've got 4 left and already have those two so a bit stuck.
I think I can net say 80-100 more points across the remainder of the season trading Haas + Aubs out for Gun FRF + Gun, but would leave me with 2 left only. Don't think it's an acceptable risk.
Would really appreciate some views on this.

I am contemplating going with Haas to McInnes and Aubusson to JFH. I’m in the same situation mate. I would have like Moses but am 2k short of it.multiple.scoregasms wrote:

I would be running with no cover and need to burn a trade if Carrigan/Mofo are out at any point

There's 6 rounds left, Haas has a maximum of 4 games left, there's no reason a few of the best props can score the same amount of points as Haas to end the season, for much cheaper.

I think you need to look at who will be replacing Haas in that 17 spot to see if it's worthwhile. Saying that, most people would be running, Hammer, Talau, Young, Siro etc in their place so it's probably worth it. It looks good for 2 weeks then you need to look at potentially running 4 weeks without Haas. I'm not sure I can do this or want to risk not being able to bring him back in. If there was a quality replacement in the forwards that would score somewhat similar and had a BE low enough to make 50K and swap back to Haas in two weeks, I'd be tempted, but not many of the options really excite me. Klemmer is probably the only one I'd consider. Papa we see can get reduced minutes and JFH is so up and down.
