These trades sound mighty suspicious. Who are you and what have you done with Matt Wink

    Thoughts on what to do?

Team is this with 367k spare and 4 trades left, looking to bring Haas back in next week:

    Team is:

    McInnes
    Carrigan Taupau
    Murray Taumalolo Yeo
    Cleary Pearce
    Latrell Crichton
    Teddy Ponga Pap

    Hunt Lucy Sironen Koloamatangi
    MoFo Hammer Randall Niu

Thoughts are Tohu, Bateman or Matterson but I think I’m leaning towards Tohu, thoughts on that?

Tohu finally had reduced mins last week and Jazz played more mins, I would not be buying Tohu.

As for Matto vs Bateman, basically just flip a coin, you can't really go wrong with either one. Maybe go Matto since he's cheaper.

All that said, I'm going Barnett because I'm a dirty POD chaser and it means I can get Welch instead of Ofa as my last trade (selling Niu and Lolo)

Going Lolo and Havili to Twal and Barnett which leaves $0 in the bank. Still have cotric and paix in my 17 (was able to push clune and sua out) but considering paix has the starting hooker spot and cotrics form and he's playing the dogs I'm actually happy with my 17 for the first time in a few weeks!

Rank 3300 but still have 3 trades after this week to improve my team or deal with more chaos so confident of making a big jump!

Any thoughts on NAS starting at lock?

Looks to score well enough and fairly cheap at 563k. Could be a safe 45 point scorer for the rest of the year?

Do you think there is anyone else that might be a cheaper FRF that's final 17 worthy?

I'd go with his front row partner who actually gets big minutes AFB

Take out the injury game he averages 52 with huge upside

Just looking at what I can do to get a fit 17 on the field this week and am pretty interested in the two senior forwards at the Cowboys for the rest of the season. Both probably going to need to do a lot of work with Lolo gone.

    Taumalolo > McGuire
    Randall > McLean

Gives me a fit 17 this week and leaves me 2 trades

I'm considering AFB instead of Twal, feels a bit more of a ballsy move.  His average is probably inflated by that 2 try 96, but he does have those scores in him and if he has one big game in the run home then you're cheerin'.

I guess Twal is a bit of a risk as well. Being such a one dimensional player, if the Tigers need a spark its him he gets taken off the field. That said, with a bench hooker who will probably get minutes, it makes him slightly more likely to play 80 ish

How many players does everyone have currently from their original 21?

I have 6; Haas, Fifita, Carrigan, Cleary, Wiliame, Papenhuyzen

Will be 4 after I punt Taumalolo. Carrigan, Cleary, Lomax, Wiliame.

Speaking of Wiliame, I guess, in a way, I have 50% centre cover... given if Lomax is out then its Wiliame who would probably come in for the Dragons.

I guess that is the added risk of bringing in Curtis Scott last week, not only could he completely flop, but if he misses games, there's only me and 2 or 3 others in the top 1000 that are affected.

5 for me: Carrigan, CS9, Luai, Ponga, Wiliame. But hopefully Haas back in next week

Amusing looking at some of the names in my round 1 team, they seemed like a good idea at the time

Still more tempted by Eisenhuth. How many minutes does he get on edge? Considering getting him instead of Barnett

I assume you didn't hold Fifita all this time, so if we are counting him and Moses etc

Also 6. Haas, Carrigan, Fifita, Moses, Pappy, Wiliame.

Interesting poll results - 51 votes so far.

I'm not sure how many people are in their league, nor how many people voting are h2h players or top overall/etc, but there is a lot near the top of the overall ranks that are in their league. I'm currently 14th overall but sitting 8th in theirs.

    Too expensive for me.

Probably still just gonna go Lolo > McInnes so I have an easy captains choice.
Means running 16 but I feel better having 3 trades for the last 4 rounds.
