Fui has just been added to my never again list. Ffs have a spare forward sitting at 18th man, but have run out of wfb cover

"Melbourne Storm fullback Ryan Papenhuyzen has been given a week off to rest an Achilles issue and won't play against the Cowboys on Saturday.

The Storm left Papenhuyzen out of their 21-man squad for the game on the Sunshine Coast but it's understood to be a minor setback." - Source NRL.com

Doesn't sound like it will keep him out for next weekend but you never know

1 week injuries at this stage of the season always make it hard with few trades remaining. Could go Pap to Peachey to give me 17 this week and possibly an overall pts upgrade for the last 2 weeks too but then if another gun goes down for multiple weeks I'm stuck playing Siro/McIntyre for the rest of the season.

3 weeks to go. I have 3 trades and don't think there's any reason not to trade him.

The reason I waited on Hunt is now happening, yet I got him in after waiting anyway a few weeks ago. Might be worth holding both Ponga and Pappy and using my last trade on Hunt to anyone.

Dammit lost Lumelume, Ponga and Paps. Can play Hammer and have one trade left to field 16 at best unless Talau comes back in.

Don’t really want to trade Ponga or Paps though assuming they both play last two rounds.

That seems a little silly truthfully.

All worried about Ponga + Teddy, and it’s Ponga and Paps hahah

Seems like they’re both one week, so I’ll hold and play 16. I could do Siro or Butcher to a CTR/WFB to get 17 out there, but I don’t think it’s worth it?

EDIT: yep 10k short of Siro to Peach which would’ve been good for adding some 2RF cover too

Hows that, hold the two one weekend and upgrade what looks like a 45 to 50 guy, to someone scoring higher. Having the one trade left to be able to is better than not having it right, surely ?

Or do u just mean save the trade, and accept Hunt for the year end ?

Last trade, trading a green dot. I get what you are saying but you may regret it if you get a season ender this week.

If you are trading a green dot (who sin't in your 17) to cover a red dot you can't otherwise cover due to positions, then I think that just about counts as trading a red dot

If that's what he was doing then fair enough. Maybe I didn't understand that.

    Butcher to Peachey theory

Peachey 60 upgrade minimum: 40 this week (instead of 0 - no 17th and Butcher in NPR), upgrade of 10 over McIntyre/Lee loop the next two. Could be a lot more.

If someone gets injured, have to run Siro - might be 40 pts less over two weeks (55avg of injured gun v Siro 35). Still in front, slightly

If two people injured im stuffed but I will be anyway.

Is this making sense or am I way off?

I might chase last week's points and bring in Hiku as my last trade

I'm going B. Hunt to Haas...Haas scores like 2 players & even with Vaughan returning to the 17 Brittain is still on the bench so B. Hunt will not play 80 mins.

And I've gone a bit off B. Hunt because of that attempted leg trip. He was lucky he missed because if not he'd be suspended. I don't like players that put on cheap shots that are dirty plays.

Unless it’s grade 2 or 3 trip it’s always a fine (but 3 fines in season = suspension)

It annoys me so much that trips are fines. Easily in the top 13 or 14 worst things about rugby league
