Ponga is a no brainer for Pap but need to trade Ted or Haas as a second trade. Ted only gets me 705K for a player and no one interests me except maybe Murray or Taupau.
Trading Haas gets me Bateman, Cook, Harris or Moses but only 100K or so left so can't get Haas back unless Cleary is rested.
Hmmmm......would have more chance getting Ted back in then Haas next week.
danseels1985 wrote:Silly question I know but I definitely only have 16 playing this week right?
Cook
Carrigan Taupau
Yeo Bateman Matterson
Hunt Cleary
Averillo Lomax
HTF Teddy Ponga
McInnes
CS9
Twal
Siro
Randall
Clune
Talau
Niu
Craig Bellamy indicated Ryan Papenhuyzen “could’ve played at a pinch” last week, but held him out with a sore achilles. Storm initially expected him back this week, but has been held out again to be safe. Tendon issues can linger, best way to settle: control training/playing load

Am wrestling with this too. Would obviously be good to know if Haas will be back next week or not. At least with Teddy we can be pretty confident he’ll be back next week against the Bunnies.
Rabbits21 wrote:Any advice for my side with 1 trade left and 145k spare:
McInnes
Taupau MoFo
Lucy Matterson Murray
Cleary Pearce
Peachey Crichton
Ponga Pap Hammer
Hunt Carrigan B. Siro Niu
Koloamatangi Randall Haas Teddy
Should I still hold my trade, or is it worth going Pap to someone like a Dylan Edwards?

The issue I'm having is I don't want to get a cheap option to have funds available to trade him back in and then Cleary goes and gets rested or something. However, there's no way of knowing that.
It's interesting Haas has been giving leave, warranted of course but you'd think he plays the last game but you never know. Not much point only to avoid the spoon.

i think if you trade Haas out, you’ve got to assume you’re not getting him back. You might as well use those funds on your team. and if Cleary does get rested, then at least you have an obvious trade in.
Options are: Nofo, RTS, Hughes, Edwards, Tommy T, Brimson, Gutherson.....wolfking wrote:
I'd use the trade on Paps mate.
Yep bring in Ponga for sure.wolfking wrote:Might run the gauntlet on trading Haas.

I think I’d have to pick out of Edwards, RTS or Nofo.

I’d probs trade Haas if I was you. I’d bring in Tohu or Cook for sure, hard to split them. You’re primed for a top 150 finish mate for sure, you’ve had a great season and you’re laughing with 3 trades left happy for ya.
I reckon their is quite a chance Cleary gets rested next week.
Bateman has scored tries of late to boost his scores of late as well, I don’t think he will keep that up.wolfking wrote:
Thanks mate. Yeah, Cook, Harris or Bateman look the top 3.
