Pamthers are home fellas, rarely do I feel so confident of a team winning the GF. I know it comes across as biased, but I felt it in 2016 with the Sharks. Especially once the semifinals hit.
Anyone reckon Port Adelaide are an Afl standout or Lions and Tigers close behind ?

Anyone watching the tennis? Nadal is on fire!
Djokovic is playing great tennis, but losing every game, Nadal won the first set 6-0. Amazing to see Nadal in action.

Nadal picks up his 20th Grand Slam, didn't drop a set all tournament and totally dominated Djokovic in the final. Nadal is the GOAT!

I'm hoping the Lions make the GF, but that's only because I live 200m from the Gabba and want to host a piss up on grand final day.
I honestly don't care who wins though, I don't watch the sport.

Walters has mentioned Milford as a potential captain/leader. Pretty interesting direction.
I back it, because I still believe in Milford. Walters was the asst coach/halves mentor in 2015 so there is reason to be optimistic.

re NRL Physio - M. Jennings has been provisionally suspended by the NRL after returning a positive A sample to Ligandrol & Ibutamoren (& their metabolites)
Ligandrol: SARM, increases repair & growth of muscle
Ibutamoren: stimulates growth hormones levels

It's funny whenever players get busted for drugs they always plead ignorance as if they didn't understand what they were taking when they are fully educated on which drugs are prohibited.

He probably didnt understand what he was taking.. but that is not an excuse in professional sport.

On M. Jennings I think he took the approach when he started taking the substances...well I'll be retired in a couple of years so it doesn't matter if I get caught because I'll be near retirement anyway. I'll call it a calculated risk.
But then we have Xerri at the other end of the age scale who's now basically ruined his career because he thought he could get away with it...he's either naive, been duped by people advising him that he'll be ok or he's just plain dumb.

Finucane feels optimistic about his chances of playing this week but feels his calf has progressed really well. Munny expected to play as well. Both will be massive for us. Finucane back at 13, JBrom and Welch 8 and 10 with NAS, BS9, Tino and Eisenhuth/Hynes on the bench...

I think I'll load up on Raiders players in week 3:
Papalii, Tapine, Wighton, Williams, CNK & 1 of Croker, Rapana or Cotric

I think the Raiders will dispatch & dominate the Storm like they did the Roosters. I think like Storm won't be able to handle them.

My prediction is Panthers win rather comfortably (10+) and Storm win a close one. Panthers win the final

Shouldn't even be in the finals, everyone knows they are a pack of drug cheats and always have been and now with Uncle Wayne in charge and his history through the Lockyer years nothing's changed
John Touma
Curtis Johnston
Dylan Walker
Aaron Gray
Gabriel Hamlin
Sam Burgess
That's just in the last 10 years, but it's been going on since the Tugga days. No other clubs has that many drug cheats over such a short period of time. The league was right to throw them out of the competition, they are a blight on the game.
