Community Team - starting squad

I have calculated votes from 21 people so far.

Will accept any more votes tonight and publish team tomorrow.

Its pretty cookie cutter as you might expect, but there are a couple of people on the cusp that might juggle around.

Random fact - I was testing out what team would get selected if we excluded Averillo.

Initially, the algorithm threw up Tom Opacic and his 1 vote from rapture as the next best CTR.
But then I noticed I hadn't updated my data to include Niu's DPP.

Niu is going to make it with or without Averillo, so we can easily put Averillo in/out of the team based on his fitness on Friday night and not impact coverage.
Currently Averillo will be in the 21 though.

Give me half an hour and I'll have mine up.
