I'm not sure I'm making the right choices anywhere here, but at the moment I have my loop set up to see how Isaako (other option is Riki) goes. If he completely tanks I'll bring in Averillo or Stefano.
My question is, who should I have sitting in that 18th spot to see how he goes;

Out of the 17. Last spot in 17 is either Isaako or Riki. But if the winner of these two tanks, then I'll try my luck with Averillo or Stefano. I don't see it coming to that, though.

TU: Hold Host, save a trade, give it a week to see what happens re: Davey and Koloamatangi, double loop Averillo/Croker/Moylan (not inspiring).
TD: Trade Host > Fuimaono (DPP and cash generation) or Davey. Would be No.17 for the week.
Fui's DPP handy, but...Dragons. C. Sironen injury news makes Davey more reliable, but....Manly.
The Mayor usually makes decisions unilaterally but this one is a doozy.
