Maybe that's what Terry Matterson meant when he said Ricky is a bit raw. Gets himself in awkward defensive positions =》MTs

fucking gutted, i could actually see the effort for the first time in 2 years, but they cop all of that shit and it counts for nothing, fuck this.

I think three of them were in the same play on Moses.

51 from Turpin is pretty good.
With a bit of luck and different officials, could have been 61 points with the try instead of the -2 for the error.

Only issue with Riki is people with no edge cover if he stinks it up every week and needs to be moved to bench/NPR
He'll be better

Been a while since ive been up on my feet yelling at the TV.
Cant be too mad at the result, tbh we had our chances but im just glad we dug in. Hard to win a game like that when youre down to 14 players.
Hope it doesnt dent their confidence, should take a lot out of it. Hope we continue to play exciting footy

Literally impossible for this club.

Very clunky win but that’s most games in round 1 I guess. Papalii looked awesome and Reed is a little fucking champion!

Pretty hard to win an NRL match against a decent team when losing 3 players to injury.
Brisbane fans should feel some pride - there was a lot of guts mixed in amongst some areas that they are certain to improve on

I think we played really well. Especailly considering all the injurys. Eels played better in the second half. Id rather 16-24 than 0-50 whatever it was

The most pleasing thing about being a Milf owner is not beating BE by 20, it's the 500km. He's back baby!

Didn't watch, but very happy with Milf dominating KM and Turping going over 50.
Riki with 8 MT is a concern but surely he doesn't miss that many every week?
Lodge will be a concern, hoping LAM looks viable in that price range...

If Broncos had anyone left on the bench he'd probably have had a rest before he was too tired to wrap his arms.
