Stoked to see Sitili coming out firing! What was the nature of Friend's injury? I couldn't watch the game but looks like a blowout as expected. Don't know why we were behind Rabbits and Panthers in most ladder predictions to be honest.

I am sure it's been mentioned a trillion times but out of the cheapies remaining, does Liddle, Stefano and Laurie sound like the pick of the bunch? Would you swap any of them out for Simmonson?

Why is everyone so big on Laurie? Isn’t Adam D back next week which will mean Mbye will take that fullback spot which he was training in all pre-season?

Hard to tell but Laurie being named FB with Mbye 5/8 and no Simpkin on bench probably leads to thinking that Mbye will be the 14 from next week

My guess is that if your scenario was the plan then Mbye will start FB and Laurie 5/8 today! I think Laurie has FB all wrapped up. Mbye to 14 next week.

Really wet here in Canberra. Bruce drains really well so underfoot will be fine but will be greasy as all hell in handling. Bit of a breeze too. Running into the wind second half will be interesting - I’m keeping an eye on the tote.

If Stefano looks good id be tempted to just grab him for Gosi, hold lodge, and play/loop stefano/simonsson/niu.

Its a bit of a shit to use two trades in week 1 on low end duds, i hate it.

I think that's the biggest thing - no must have base price cows at this point (highlighted by some talk of Mead being an option). If an equivalent to Katoa last year was around I'd possibly feel different.

That may change if Laurie misses the 17 next week (when Doueihi returns) or if that happens I could just gamble on Niu not being terrorized by the Titans edge
