Looking forward to the Cleary and Leniu show (but please don't kill Averillo).

Sitting at 9/473, team looks so nice apart from Milf and Turpin. It is painfully obvious that the focus has to be getting rid of these Broncos dweebs ASAP. Lodge out already, 4 to go.

Just remember Matterson when he had a ball hit him in the head was out for way longer than anyone thought possible.Teeth Eater wrote:Just putting it out there, that I won't be trading out Matterson or Milf, regardless of what happens this week. Hoping Matterson is only a couple of weeks rather than a month, but with Fifita, Riki and new recruit Davey, I'm just going to ride it out... unless it gets ridiculous.
And there's no way I can trade out that Milf turd after I went to the effort to bring him in, but never again will he set foot in my 17. Might use Matterson to potentially loop him if I can, but no way he gets a start where I can't swap him out. That was wretched viewing.

9c/484 for me. Turpin/Tino/Fogarty(c) were big let downs tonight. Gunna need a baby score (sub 60) from Cleary tomorrow or I absolutely plummet down the ladder. Hoping my remaining PODs in Momo, Brooks, and Toups go big over the next 2 days. Yikes!

Yeah, if I get a sniff of that I'll have to punt him, but going to give every opportunity to hope that doesn't happen again.
I'd just really rather not deal with trading him out when I went to the trouble of starting with him for good reason, at the time.

Trade Crichton back in?
If I only have Crichton as a red dot - and Hoy at 18, Riki 19; by running Crichton in the run-on team does this mean even if there's 4 reserves above him, if Riki is the next Edge on the list I'll get his score??
(looping really is a confusing web of deception)

Lots of alternatives to Crichton this season it seems. Can better use the cash elsewhere on players that wont play origin. Wasnt impressed with Crichton's game last week. Wasnt playing in the middle nearly as much as last season and was almost always passing before the line. Had him as first choice captain, the late try bailed his score out last week. More comfortable captaining Fifita. A number of potential super cows that can take Crichton's spot (including Fifita).wolfking wrote:

If Crichton is in your EDG the first edge from 14-21 will take his place, yes.

Well that's a nice little bonus.
Of course I'll lose Hoy's 44, but even with points being deducted from Riki he should be a net 20+ gain.

Yes, getting over for the try would have got him back on track. Likely trade him next week with crichton cash for a supercow crichton replacement.rhinoceroo wrote:

Crichton - 67 points with 1 try
Fifita - 74 points with 2 tries
Seems legit.

Not all of my advice is good but you should definitely take a guaranteed 68 over a guaranteed 44.
