Ran with Pearce last year and he's great when he's getting those massive kick metres. He does have 30's in him though. I think rounds 1 and 2 have just been wet weather slogs though both sides have completed pretty well, so he has had huge KM's both games. I don't think anything is really different with his game although being partnered with Mann (who got injured) and then Crossland has probably helped with KMs.

I also think the addition of Frizell has added a lot to the Knights effectiveness.
Barnett has also improved, both edges hitting hard and running hard = Pearce has more time to do his thing.
The Saf brothers have also picked up their tackle and run metres.
As a Knights tragic, it's looking better this year already - now we just have to make sure the boys don't do the mid-season crash like last year.
