There was talk of him having less minutes, so I guess we're hoping for him to drop a bit in cash... I have in no way salary cap for a 967k player atm, even with 3rd party deals and selling junk cows to the Jawas

Well shit boys. According to 9news Dearden is gonna come back into the 17. Not sure if this will be via the bench (fucken hope not as a Turpin owner) or straight into the halves with one of them getting axed. Also said Lodge will be back but I don't think thats true after what I read today....

Nrl physio on Cleary situation - "still an unclear situation, but reports Nathan Cleary has to pass through "protocols" to play this week. If in the concussion protocol - unlikely he plays with 5 day turnaround. Isolated cases of returns on day 5, but day 6 "strongly recommended" as earliest return post concussion

C Garry also reporting Dearden will come in. Rarely wrong. Sounds like there may be a few changes

If turpin is affected it would be Paix coming in, not sure if that will happen. We probably need Turpin to play less mins tbh

Some random thoughts for the evening...

I see Collins is making his way into a lot of teams. Looks like increased minutes Rd1 and 2 x try assists inflating his score Rd2. I like him and already had an eye on him but think his scores are inflated by 10 or so.

More interested in Ipap who looks solid at 55mins with no real attacking stats. If Matto is out he’ll be even more attractive.

Why so much talk around Kenny and so little around Egan? Given 1 normal week = 3 panther injury weeks he might only get 2 more games. Egan at 80mins looks good to me.

I’ve got 2 players where minutes are concerning. Capewell only played 49 This week. Was he injured? Any other explanation? At 80 mins he’s probably a borderline keeper. Even at 65 mins he’s probably a hold. But can’t hang onto him if he’s going to play less than that.

Twal is the other. Good ppm saved his 50mins yesterday, but I was hoping for 65-70 from him and it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. They are a much better team defensively with him on the park but they haven’t worked that out yet.

I asked about a bunch of posters a couple of times preseason, someone said maybe Zorasdomain was lost to us, not sure why, length of time since last post maybe?

I don't think even the Jawas would take some of the trash being dished up this year. Yeah could be a wait and see with this whole minute reduction smoke screen.

Actually a tough call because croft effort is there but hes terrible.. milford the talent but he stops trying.. what do you do and how do you get everyone else to buy in ?

Has to be milford and dearden.
