Same could be said for Milf too.

Same here. With fit players who are underperforming sometimes you wonder whether or not to hold in case they come good.
Getting dropped makes the decision easier. I'd have traded Milford in for one week then out the next but oh well sometimes you've got to know when to fold 'em.
Welshy wrote:Cleary out would allow me another week to build bank and get rid of some potential problems like Milf to some more money makers like Alvaro

When are you planning on getting him lad? If you got spare time could you have a geez at my team tracker - i'm also a clearyless owner that is trying to get him in

This week if he plays bud, looking at Munster - Cleary and Turpin - Schuster (if named edge)
Can't handle the no Cleary train no more, no captain roulette needed and looking like and extra 20 points a week currently
Figure its around
Cleary 72-75 + Schuster 35-45
Munster 55 + Turpin 40-55
So 107-120 vs 95-110
yes mate will take a look at your team now

As someone who made 22/34 forced trades last year and 2/2 this year you definitely don’t want this. You want control if you know what you’re doing
If had to ditch lodge with Crichton also out last week and his replacement was davey. Makes it hard to gain momentum in points or cash. Again you don’t want this

Anything blatantly wrong with selling Lam for Egan?
Not sold on Egan yet, only the 1 score over 50 last year with 9 starts at hooker @ 70 mins. Maybe some value there but no more than Lam +1 trade AND $27kBethany_B wrote:Thoughts on Egan as a buy? (I wouldn’t be shocked if Wayne starts Host on the edge come game day as Keaon would strengthen a week looking bench)
8. Tom
9. Cook
10. Arrow
11. Koloamatangi
12. Su’a
13. Murray
14. Benji
15. Nicholls
16. Mago
17. Host

Yeah, I was thinking similar to this. Egan was really appealing to me in the pre-season, but those bigger scores don't appear too common. That said, if I had to pick between the two I'd take Egan every time.
Alvaro + the extra cash would probably appeal most to me in this scenario, though.

yeah at this point the hard part is deciding between:
Plan A: Lam to Alvaro, -1 trade but +78k cash and likely more points
Plan B: Hold trades, I have no other real issues with my team
