Also. I think I drunkenly posted on Saturday that I loved last year when you could watch list players and it would turn their score bars yellow. Was a great way to watch list your squad and be able to see them at a glance. If at all possible and you feel worthwhile mate

Still an option as far as I can see

This is my team so far. Ranked 8000th unfortunately.

    J.Brailey
    Tino, Watson, B.Smith
    Riki, Fifita
    Cleary, Munster
    Niu, Averillo
    Latrell, Pap, Laurie

    Bench: Turpin, Milford, Brooks, Schuster
    Reserves: Liddle, S.Walker, Alvaro, Hoy

I've used max trades each week and have 115k. Will probably try and trade Milford for Peachey or Rapana to boost my centres. Thoughts?

Maybe wait a week on that one?

Edit: sorry just seen updated BEs. Both on 18.....

Yeah both same BE but walker with much more upside I think... the only one I’m 50/50 is brooks to SOS... it’s tempting as it will lock in Cleary the week after with cash left over.

Brooks just does basic pass 35m out Stefano breaks through runs 30 metres gets grabbed by Hoy and drags him along while scoring.
Hoy plays pass while being tackled to an on rushing Frizell about 25m out.

I don't mind if Hoy doesn't get assist but much more of TA than Brooks

At the very least it's a line break assist though. Brooks holds the ball up til the last minute and puts him through the gap. Again, it's unacceptable for them to miss that. Two points isn't the end of the world, it's the principle and makes you wonder what else they miss..

I've always thought they are generous with stats for players they have ownership of.

Maybe as a bug, but I only have a DNP in the WFB so it should be Niu coming in.

Someone in loop thread has Simo coming when he shouldn't as well. Possible bug. If so, should definitely chase them up. Scoring can be subjective but rules should be followed.

I'd have to view them again, but yeah I hate the idea of ta for adding nothing. But consistency paramount

Has been working for me fine on desktop. Also okay in landscape mode on phone, but doesn't come up in portrait mode. Is that where you're having issues?

Ofc, I always believed he was gonna score well, my decision-making is unquestionable!

Jk lol I kept him, mainly since I didn't think he was gonna lose money, plus he provided good EDG cover. Came off well this week. Won't rush him out but he needs 80 to be worthwhile longterm. P.s. EDG is a pretty average position though

He is averaging 50 after 3 games and was priced at 37-38 I think. The 31 is tough if you lose a h2h and he might get a few rests, but I think if you have him you wait for 2-3 bad scores before tossing him. He can knock out some big ones and will average out ok for overall.

    ST’s Weekend Roundup:

Well was a fairly good week for my troopers and seems to be slightly above par as I have jumped from 8534 to 4318. Captain Fifita was a master stroke and only doing the 1 trade of Averillo to Schuster (into the halfs) was genius. Cleary and Schuster probably be my halves pairing going forward now. As always won’t be looking at trades until TLT. Will just go through my teams BE’s today and form a trade out list. Having Pappy and Cleary back on board will be a blessing for my team and hoping to build some bank this week for the Grants/Haas’s coming through.

Don't take too much into the ranks just yet, MTB normally finished around top 10 every year and often starts off pretty slow.

Interesting that the official BE is 5 under. Not normally that out. I think this means the MN maybe a bit higher than expected?

This week was pretty great for me all things considered, I did cop a couple meh scores (Alvaro and Welch), but I got carried hard by Captain Fifita, as well as my pod Fog.

Rank this week is 1272, and I might just hold trades, Welch can have another week and I want a week to see how Walker goes. My only player out is Jack Bird, and I can use him to loop Alvaro and Leniu for last reserve

I'm suspecting Ponga will be back round 5, in which case I could then just sell Hoy to Walker and move Welch on then
