I'm thinking of giving SOS a miss and waiting a week in Walker and doing LAM>Momo. That improves CTR and can loop Niu or Roberts using Averillo

It was very low to demonstrate that he could peak soon. I think 35 average is reasonable. So 40-50k maybe. People could make that on the player they trade to and more in a few weeks
But it’s a trade waste if he continues you know averaging 45 like his average playing 50+ minutes. Personally think it’s too early for Liddle

Sadly, it's not because he resembles Cam Smith or Wally Lewis - it's because he appears to spend much of the 80 minutes barely moving.

Here's a clue as to his identity - his team has yet to win a game."

Thoughts on who this might be fellas?

I'm thinking either Marsters or Hopa

He’s not a bad defender, he got most his MTs last week against Watson going quick and shifting, doing what he does to most defenders in fairness. Sure Liddle missed 3 in one sequence on him

I actually agree, but am tempted regardless.

I'm a little annoyed now that the only trade I've made this season has been Lodge to Fui and it hasn't really panned out. Fui is looking like a 35pt player, admittedly I didn't expect too much more, but low 40's just looks so much nicer. Hopefully a try is on the horizon for the little nugget.

Keep forgetting Walker is base so even a middie is generating huge cash from the trade.

Waiting a week probably the way to go as get to see Haas minutes as well.

This is the thing keeping me away from Schuster. No matter how talented he is and how good he looks he is a half playing out of position for the worst team in the NRL. Trained all off season to be the halves back up and was pushed into the second row spot due to injuries. Has done a good job so far, but I'm concerned Des will want an actual forward that has trained in the spot

Near half the games that's based on he scores a try. That's optimistic he keeps up a try every 2 games

Still think Haas is a good option at 65 minutes, but he might get a bit cheaper in the short term.

No doubt he comes out and scores a 90 with no attacking stats vs the Storm and everyone scrambles to get him in next week

I like Bird as a top end of year CTR option, not sure Roberts will be  a top 5 option mind, serviceable 100%

I got lucky picking Niu up for Simo last week as better coverage, worked out for this week nicely

Niu has been invaluable. Scoring fairly well, and subbed for Roberts then Pappy and now Bird. And playing better than I thought he would too.

I'm at peace with the grub though, maybe it was gaining Ennis on the support staff, maybe it was the prolonged mediocre period, maybe it was the decision to import the super league.
Rapana is nothing on Latrell. Latrell is Origin level grub, Raps around Under-20s level grub

Caught up on all the riveting centre discussion Rolling Eyes

If I was getting a centre, there’d be only two options:
    - set and forget, get Peachey. He’s the only CTR guaranteed to avg 40+
    - not waste money, get Hampton. DPP and averages a bit over 30 as a half so will make cash from base price.

I did like the Niukore arguments thought. Hybrid mid/ctr role.

30 points average a pretty low estimate. He has big MT games in him for sure but it’s only 3 a game from his historic. Plus he’s got the attack game to offset

1 or 2 more weeks and Liddle will have made the $150k+ that people were expecting/hoping of him. Gets another try and he can push over $500k for a tidy profit.

But unless he keeps the tries going will probably peak in the next month and be ready to move on.

Agree that moving him on now is a little early, and would need to be for a very good trade in.

Hampton bit over 30 as half is based on 4 games where he scored 13 and 22 in two of them

Still interesting option I never considered

My Boys Cotric and Rapa will average that easy. Dare say even Best will (though how many games he averages that over remains to be seen). Would also throw Staggs into that mix for anyone who waits until then.

Agreed, too early for Liddle. As I posted previously, I think last week's score was his absolute floor, a crap tonne of missed tackles with nothing to offset. Decent money to make yet.

Seen a few Liddle out this week trades and definitely thought it was too early

Agree Mulv. He loves a scoot as well and any backline injury likely means he goes 80 with Mbye covering there
