There's been a ton of players with wraps on them that never make it though haha he's still a decent shout though. I don't know why SOS isn't getting as much love. Would be if he had a Broncos jersey on haha I get he's not base, but was super involved last week

Changed my mind on the Walker trade. I’ll have a look at him. He’ll still be cheap next week. Going Lam, Avo > Haas, Egan. No centre cover, but looks like others are worse off.

    Brailey
    Haas, Smith, Watson
    Fifita, Murray
    Cleary, Schuster
    Nui, Walker
    Lattrell, Laurie, Hoy

    Turpin, Egan, Riki, Liddle
    Fui, Moylan, Koala, Uto.

    Cheers, Slug.

Starting with Reimis only to wait until he has Broncos and Bulldogs back to back as the time to sell doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me

Squad for first bye taking shape pretty well

    1. Laurie
    2. Niu
    3. Bird
    4. Roberts
    5. Reimis
    6. Moses
    7. Cleary*
    8. Leniu
    9. Brailey
    10. Welch*
    11. Riki
    12.
    13. Watson

    14. Munster*
    15. Liddle
    16. Turpin
    17.

Use cash from the Gos, Schuster, SOS to grab some cheapies and upgrade Welch to someone like Haas that misses origin

Relies on some of my cows having a very long leash so probably won't look as good in a few weeks

Personally I'm on Walker due to $100k cheaper and SOS last week didn't score as well in the first half vs the second.
People like to say that it doesn't matter what score a player was on at half time but it does when the first half was mostly a full team against the second half where the Raiders only had one forward and were out on their feet. I expect his missed tackle count would be higher in a more normal game too. I hope people aren't thinking he'll score 50 every week.

In saying that I still think a 40 average is achievable for SOS but if Walker hits 35 average (I think he'll go similar to SOS) I'd be more than happy with my choice.

EDIT: On SOS's involvement I thought he was good but he killed the play too many times when Warriors were in a good position on attack. A couple of those times were on the fourth tackle too so took himself out of the play on the last. Hopefully he matures quickly and realises he can't be doing that.

I predict you'll have flicked at least Liddle well before Rd 13. Not worth holding some players just because play bye.

Liddle, Turpin, Leniu and Reimis the ones most likely to be gone

I like the look at S.Crichton as well, and at $447k he's nicely priced; but even scoring 55 this week he'll go up by $18k, so I'll sit this one out for a week and watch how he goes.

Looking at Walker (obvious) and SOS; I was keen on Egan, but want to keep my bank for a single Turpin > Haas trade next week.

Mofo probably won't play originbased on last year but yeah, Peach looks good that week with the other 2 out.  Might see big minutes the week after too.

I'm going to grab the Peach because at the moment my only MID cover is Lenui. Having Peach gives me the option to swing Nui into CTR if I have a MID crisis.

I realise he isn't going to make any $ but he has DPP flexibility which suits my team at the moment (For better or worse)

None of the other valid options offer any flexibility & I love cover

Should have gone with Bird instead of Avo at the start but having the extra $50k itb was too much temptation!

Yeah that’s my conundrum. Who would you sell to Schuster? Options are Welch and Liddle lol
Or do I get Schuster at all?

I try not to force a cow unless I need to trade someone out.

I've gone Lam>Schuster because Lam is a must trade, but wouldn't have grabbed him if I didn't need him

Have Dragons got cash for McGuire? Easy improvement at 13 over Fuimaono.
If he goes this year, that's the only team I can think of that would want him although I suppose it depends on what his relationship with Hook is/was like.

Yeah I’m in that situation. 21 green dots. 4 CTRs. Everyone’s making money, will watch Walker and see if he’s viable for next week.

14-17 this week is Turpin, Riki, Watson, SOS/Liddle

    https://www.bulldogs.com.au/news/2021/03/31/trent-barrett-mid-week-press-conference-round-4-v-rabbitohs/

Barrett was quick to say that Averillo isn't playing because of injury. Doesn't exactly sound excited to play Lewis.

    https://www.bulldogs.com.au/news/2021/03/31/injury-update-round-4-v-rabbitohs/

Funnily enough no mention in the injury update.

Not saying he's a hold, but I will hold him I think. Unless Roberts is out...
