For what it's worth Danny Wiedler was on 100% Footy last night and he mentioned that word out of Roosters training is Sam Verrills could be named this week. If not this round, he should be close to a return at least.

Anyone want to weigh in on the following:

    a) Tohu + Moses + 40k

    b) Haas + Turbo + 120k

    c) Lucy + Moses + 100k

    Tino + Riki out.

No Turbo probably means playing Moylan this week.

    Thinking A?

Option 2 means I have to play one of Alvaro/Stefano every week in my MID.

Any option that involves Cleary is the clear winner.

Your daily Chad update from Brent Read: Told the delay in Townsend announcement is because Sharks have day off and he wants to inform teammates. As for a Tom Dearden, told the Cowboys are increasingly confident they will get their man.

I'm praying that Levi steals points of Turpin. Will make me feel better bout trading him out after r2

Does this mean he’ll be the one dropped as he won’t be there next year ?

If he's fit I'd stash Roberts in the EMG's just as cover in a bad position. If you can cover the CTR position without Roberts, it's not a bad idea to trade him out.

So here’s my WFB CTR at the moment

    Peachey Momo
    Ted Papi Laurie

    Niu Roberts

Niu likely going for Hampton. Assuming Momo and Papi are out, I can cover them with Hampton and Roberts.

Thing is I don’t want to play Roberts, though I do think I can save a trade, I can get more points if I trade him to Bird and gets me a better scorer and R13 player as well

Once Momo is back I can run Momo and Bird at CTR with Peachey in MID or reserve then trade one of them out after R13.

    What do you think mate?

I kind of like B. Depends on whether HLF or WFB depth is more important for your team though.

People should be wary as hell about bringing in Hampton when the Chad looms

    Doubt it.
Hannay as interim coach probably isn't too concerned about next year - he'll just select the team he thinks is most likely to win right now.

He doesn't seem particularly cut-throat/high-risk either.

Interesting reading that iPap was took a $200k pay cut to play at the Eels (down from $350k at the Warriors to $150k this year).

Already looking like he may be the buy of the year (IRL/Fantasy?).

I have a feeling Moylan is dropped to 14, which is the worst outcome.

Starting is good as a backup WFB. Dropping is ok as a not-urgent sell and possible l**p. Benching provides not enough points and his meager earnings will be eroded

IRL when you factor in that salary it’s hard to imagine a better buy.

In fantasy I will continue to ignore him because this might be the week Matterson actually plays even though it never is.

Hmmm I think if Peachey and Momo are your CTR's, you don't really need to trade Bird in.

Peachey's DPP is helpful on the INT though. Who you'll be putting in the EMG's if you move Peachey to INT is also worth considering.

I'd probably just bank the trade since it isn't urgent but if your team doesn't have any other glaring problems, getting off a sinking ship like Roberts could be the play.

Shit if Moylan is benched and Paps is out I'll have no choice but to trade a WFB in.

Worst scenario could be if Shaun Johnson is named in the reserves and it's a game day decision on where everyone plays.
