Anyone not buying Turbo this week?

Ignore his injury history and he’s a no brainer at 500k but I’m tempted to play the contrarian here.

Ability to go huge, I just think he's not a keeper and he plays Origin. It's huge risk, huge reward but the downside is too big for me.

Skipping him. I need to make up ground so i guess ill be deathriding his scores (i hope he stays fit).

Will consider as a boom/bust option in the run home

I decided to skip him. Yes he can go huge, but there's plenty of average scores in his history as well. I've already got Pap and Teddy so that's 2/3 keepers in that spot, and Laurie continuing to do a more than adequate job. Grabbed Hampton instead so I can spend the money elsewhere and if Hampton continues to tick along (appreciating that's a big if) then he could end up earning a similar amount of cash anyway.

    Same reasoning for myself.

Really happy how they are turning out. I was a little worried after opting for the cheap paints from Spotlight but I'd already spent a lot of money on buying a professional Easel to knock these out.

Started getting into them a couple of years ago, I bought FIFP and R&R but got sidetracked from them when I suddenly discovered 4 or 5 other bands I'd been missing out on. A couple of them had MASSIVE back catalogues like Antimatter and Katatonia who have nearly 20 albums between then so went down a rabbit hole away from August Burns Red. You've inspired me to throw FIFP on in the car today Very Happy

And yes, I still buy physical CD's, did y'all expect anything less from me?! It's a bit of an addiction to be honest.

I think Walters has to be given time to see where he’s at and where he’s taking us, for him to inherit a wooden spoon roster and be judged facing top 4 teams in 5 out of 7 weeks is unfair, and credit where credit is due, he got his team closer to knocking over the likely minor premiers than any other team not named Melbourne. he has them playing with effort, which after last season is enough for me to want to see what he can do with this roster, but I don’t think we’re as bad as our draw has led people to believe, I mean don’t get me wrong, we’re bad, but I’ve seen enough to think we’ll be able to knock over also-bad teams when we get our chance, this roster was never the type to just go from last to first, if he gets this team to improve, even if it’s baby steps, I think we have to allow him the time to find his ceiling as a coach.

I need to listen to that album more. I got into them when their first album came out. Two faves are Messengers and Constellations, blast them quite a bit again lately.

Love this "playthrough" of Identity tho. Dudes technique is pretty unique

Good round for the loop with most coaches having at least 1 or 2 red dots.

I was able to get a free look at Leniu then Turpin with Sam Walker still playable.

Feels like such a negative play taking Turpins 35 over Walker. Probably up to 20 points of upside Vs -10 if he has a floor game.

Feel pretty pleased at this stage about putting Turpin in the loop with Levi on the bench. I feel like a lot of coaches left him on the bench and will have to wear the 35.

The round isn't over obviously but it's good to acknowledge the little wins in this brutal game.

He's situational depending on your team.

I let him go through to the keeper personally. Wanted a round 13 wfb and non origin player but the upside is there obviously.
